Every time I go to Starbucks, the baristas are very nice. Everyone is helpful and professional. Sometimes the drive thru line is long but it goes quickly.

We were passing by and really needed coffee. This place is inside a grocery store. We ordered a large vanilla latte. It took what felt like forever. I think the top was not on right I open my car door and it spilled everywhere. I had to get another one and it took another 15 minutes.
Me and my boyfriend bought coffee from there and the coffee was flavorless. It was bland. It was disgusting never again. Will I buy coffee from Starbucks I will stick to Java express from now on.

Had a very pleasant experience today! Even though the employees were extremely busy and there was a bit of a wait they acknowledged me at the counter and were very friendly. I have to give a huge shout out to Bry who went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I expected it to look and taste ?? She IS NOW my favorite barista & she definitely knows how to make a good drink!? Thank you Bry!!!! I really hope your manager appreciates you as much as I Do!!
