I've been to this location countless times and there have been a lot of workers that were snarky, had an attitude, or just couldn't be bothered to do their job with any intention whatsoever. That brings me to my most recent experience with an employee named Jonathan. Jonathan is a new employee, he was extremely professional, kind and although he hadn't had much experience, he made sure to ask me about every small detail to make sure my food was made exactly the way I wanted it. Hire workers that act like Jonathan.

I came to get a sandwich and have been in twice this week since I love subway but both times I’ve gone in it has been the same two girls working that have a horrible attitude. I walked in the door and it seemed like the shorter girl was mad because I walked in and she had to work. She almost just slapped my toppings on my sandwich didn’t even fix them as she’s almost throwing them on. When I went to pay she’s rolling her eyes as she’s cashing me out asking what time is it. Yes I got there 15 minutes before closing but no way to treat a customer.

Staff is quite, the new guy was super nice and cashier was nice. Wish the employees were a tad happier? Who owns the Subway in Burley? Maybe give these kids some incentives to be a little extra? It's hard to work during summer ☀️

This place has got to have the worst customer service ever. We ordered our food to be ready at five. They had another customer that they were with when I got there, and they had started on my order. I understand being “busy” as I have worked in fast food for multiple years, but she then proceeded to make my order after getting there.
She didn’t have any more ranch for my husbands order, which is what it is, but she completely ignored the special note/comment on the receipt for my tuna on flat bread to be toasted. She even ignored for it to be cut. Me and my husband tried toasting it at home, not wanting to go back, but a sandwich with lettuce being toasted makes for warm lettuce and not melted cheese. So my husband called asking for a 6 inch so I had something to eat, and for it to be made right. This was met by Brianna on the phone who proceeded to say they don’t toast flat bread. Complete crap as things on the menu come toasted with flat bread. (And the fact that I have ordered before and never had a problem). And then she proceeded to be rude to my husband about the whole thing and reluctantly told us that we would only be getting a 6 inch. Which is what we wanted!!! The only problems with this whole thing is the ignoring of what the order was, and the straight disrespect from Brianna. We don’t live in burley. We can’t just go in and get a refund whenever. Disappointed by the disgusting service from Brianna tonight. I want better.

(They never gave us a receipt either)
