Tacobell is great and I love the food I go there every night after work. The night crew is awesome even though they are always getting their butts kicked every night. From what I’ve been told is night crew barley has any help and the GM is continually trying to hire for specifically late nights and closes and keeping it afloat and only a handful of the crew is willing to help as much as they can. But those handful and what they are noticing is they are getting burnt out and they are seeing they’re own GM getting burnt out as well sounds like the gm needs better support then what they are getting and actual people who want to work and not be there for pay check. If I could remember names I’d say they’re names but all I can do is give kudos to them for supporting they’re GM as best as possible.

Went today (7/17/25) at 9pm and there was a young man working at the drive thru window with great customer service. I had to add to my order and he was very patient and with a great attitude.

My truck wasn’t able to fit in the drive thru because its too wide, then I saw my buddy inside working and I knocked on the door and told him the situation, he told his manager “Go Go” and without hesitation he gave me the keys to his personal car and told me to go ahead and whip it through the drive thru, shout out Gogo at Taco Bell in burley 🫡 he’s the man

I asked for 6 crunchy tacos. The girl asked me if everything looked good on the screen which it did. But when I got home I opened the bag and there was only 1 taco. Very sad and disappointed.
I did not go there to eat, but I have to leave this review to say how awesome the people are here. I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl who answered the phone and was extremely helpful and understanding. My 17 year old son broke down almost 200 miles from home and the last I heard he was near a Taco Bell and then stopped answering his phone (it died), I was having a bit of a crisis and called to see if it was possible for someone to just look outside and tell me he was okay. She did! She went out and checked for him in the parking lot and that meant so much to me as a mother. Thank you so so so much!!!!! You are amazing! He was able to get his car somewhat figured out and was hungry so I sent him money for food and told him to go eat at your Taco Bell :)

Why write a review about Taco Bell? They're everywhere, right? Well, this one is worth the time to write about it...in Burley, Idaho. I travel to eastern Idaho and always stop there. The rest rooms are sqeeky clean, the employees are all friendly and helpful. Try it sometime!
