Usually i would say it was an amazing experience the food is amazing and the staff was amazing. Today i had a not so pleasant experience with taco bell. The staff right off the bat told me when i walked in that i couldn’t order at the register and that was okay but no verbal communication if i was supposed to pay after i got my food or before. Either way i did not like the way that the staff came to me 3 times to confirm my order but i had never got it it had been at least 30mins to an hour and not many were there. I went up about three times to go ask about the order and each time i got a”were working on it””its almost done . At the thirty minute mark i walked up to the kitchen and saw the staff just sitting down then my cousin walked up another time and they were still just sitting there . It was 12:55 to 1:00 and we had got there at 12:20 at 12:55 i went up once more to ask if the foods ready then i got the” its almost done” thats were i started stating that we had been there almost an hour and still didnt get our food. The lady working had said we didn’t get our food because we were “wondering “ though we were infront by the machines then we had moved to the side by the fountain drinks and sauces. The only time i was”wondering” was to the restroom. But that doesn’t explain why they still confirmed many times with me and i still didn’t get my food. Me and the employee were arguing and i also did have my cousins and a few friends with me and they experienced it all. So me and the employee we’re arguing back and forth and after a bit a white man walks in but they didn’t tell him that he needed to use the machine , this man ordered on the register by the man that told us we had to order on the machine and saying we couldnt order on the register now as a hispanic dark skin i felt like it had something to do with it because when i was going to order on the register they told me i couldn’t order and i had to use the machine. Anyways after a while of arguing i asked for a refund so i could leave and she still was saying that i could get the refund but that it wasn’t there fault. And slowly she gets my refund and i tried telling her to hurry because we were already 20-30 mins late . And i would have liked to talk to the manager but i was late already and i didn’t have time to fight sk i just left. Now after this it really makes it hard to want to go back though i love the food i cant stand how i was treated

I ordered a double beef burrito on the app without Fiesta strips. It had Fiestas strips. Order#927120 I called the store and asked to speak to a manager 2pm on 3/17/24. The girl answered, said she was a manager. I asked her name so I knew who I was talking to. She refused to give her name. How am I supposed to know who is making the order right if I don't know who I'm talking to. She said, what if she gave me her name and I came in asked for her and shot her? And then hung up on me. Seriously.. I have had multiple issues with management at this location over the years. They are disrespectful and not helpful. That being said I tried calling back and no one would answer.

One of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to. Staff was friendly and fast with their service! The food was made to perfection and served hot. I was very happy with my order. The store was clean. 10/10 recommend!

If there was a possible ZORO I would give it based on the one experience alone. We ordered through the website, as usual, something happened and they took the money and didn't generate the order. Then the bank determines suspicious activity from the transaction and locks us out. Keep in mind we frequent the establishment and they actually treated me like a piece of garbage. Refused to even tell me who the manager is that I'm dealing with. Hmmm. One thing I did catch in the conversation was that the young lady clearly stated she would never order on the Web site because people have problems with it... Well if there's a problem TACO BELL SHOULD FIX IT and they shouldn't make regular patrons responsible. I can't afford to pay twice, totally disabled on fixed income. Maybe they figured I'm an easy target ?. Na, Tuesday morning Corporate, the Bank (thank you for protecting us bank.), the Web company, I'm sure the Chamber of Commerce endorsee, BBB, and who knows maybe I'll start a page about Taco Bell Screws hungry Veterans (Disabled) over. They don't care, it was all funny too them. Thanks for ZERO.SEE AMENDED POST PLEASEThey made right. The very next day we received a call from a Corporate Representative on a holiday weekend. We were made whole and he assured us that proper corrections and training were done post haste. We couldn't get back until the following Tuesday after the New Year but true to his word it came to pass. Upon return the quality and service were what we have become accustomed to there and we are once again satisfied customers.Amendment 3 stars. Across .Thank you Taco Bell and Google.

We waited for 9 minutes without having anyone tale our order. Although 3 people saw us we didnt get help. Finally a young lady came out and we told her that we have been waiting for someone to take our order, but now we are going elsewhere. She said okay and apologized but never offered to help us. Terrible service. We didn't even have the opportunity to rate the food due to us not even getting to order!! We would have ordered a good amount of food where there were 7 of us. We won't be back for a long time, if ever. Didn't have the option of no stars so had to leave 1 just to write a review. (By the way, there was only 1 customer what had already ordered and was waiting for his food. They handed it to him and turned and walked to the back without helping us!!)

It's really rude when they demand you order at their kiosk that glitches out and takes forever when they could just take your order behind the counter like every other restaurant. If people want to use the kiosk, great. But they should always give the option to order with a human.

I've always liked Taco Bell but must admit that our local Taco Bell is a hit and miss deal. About half the time they do pretty good. The other half they fail miserably. I took a risk and needed something to tide me over and ordered a burrito supreme. On the menu the price stated 3 dollars and something but when I got to the window it was almost 6 bucks. I questioned the cashier about the difference in price and she just shrugged at me. Some help. I drove off and once I got to a place to stop, I opened it up to find the smallest burrito I've ever seen. It was basically beans, cheese, and a few tomatoes. I totally felt ripped off! I finally decided that I won't be going back to this Taco Bell again.

It's Taco Bell! We have been to this location 3 times and have had something wrong with our order twice. Food that is correct is good. We will go aging but check our order before going if we take out.

Super slow workers. Waited 22 minutes inside for my order just after 6:30pm. Cars were getting through ok it seemed. Movements were slow, chatting it up. Hey at least the bathrooms were clean!
