I ate here with high expectations. It's basically a food truck with a few tables at the adjacent market. Zero ambience.
I had the three tacos with rice and beans special. I chose spicy pork for the taco meat. That was an unfortunate choice since it had almost no flavor. I'm positive that there are other meats that would be delicious. But the spicy pork is something to avoid.
The rice and beans were fine.
Overall it was disappointing. But I feel positive that with another meat choice it would probably be wonderful.

The best
Tacos! Starting with the tortillas, handmade, delicious, not very grilled but they are warm and soft and fresh. They are also quite thick. One tortilla is almost enough.
Asada, Chorizo, Carnitas and Adobada were my choices. Came with all toppings, cilantro and onions on the tacos, lime, radish and grilled onions on the plate. Red and green salsa brought to the table.
Asada was good, small pieces, lean (but not too lean) and seasoned well. Grilled perfectly.
Chorizo was my favorite, prepared well and the source carneceria must be amazing. Greta flavor.
Carnitas and Adobada were both just ok. Carnitas was a little bland, and there Adobada was big lean chunks of pork that didn't seem too deeply marinaded.
Red salsa is about a 7 out of 10 in heat for taqueria salsas, the green is just a guacamole cremosa. Good but no heat at all.
All around very good. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating and enough parking.

I haven't had steak tacos this good in years and to top it all off the tortillas are made on the spot! If you're looking for a regular place or a place to swing in on your way through you have to try this place. 10 out of 10

Wow... we found this "hole in the wall" food-truck on 4th of July and it was an amazing experience. Definitely authentic, better have some rudimentary Spanish ready as well as not all the people in the food truck speak English. Amazing food, so good, drinks can be bought in the adjacent market. Very low-key, low-stress, and absolutely delcious food.
Parking: Parking is "wild", find a spot somewhere off the road and you'll be alright.
Dietary restrictions: My wife is allergic to onion and they were happy to prepare your tacos without them.

Perfect tacos. Corn tortillas were rich. Chicken delicious. Staff incredibly friendly. I go there every time I’m passing through Burley when driving between seattle and salt lake.
Parking: Right in front and across the street.
Great place to have Mexican food, nice people, feels like a family...
