We had family (12 total) in town and took them to our favorite El Mirador! We didn’t look at a menu-we let ‘V’ choose for us and served it family style! Absolutely loved tasting so many different dishes! I will never look at the menu again! Everything she brought out was a favorite!!! Thank you

Authentic Mexican food! My carne asada tacos were to die for! We are snow birds & this will definitely be our new go-to Mexican restaurant on our way back to Arizona for the winter and on our way to McCall Idaho for the summer!!

My husband and I struck Gold when we found this authentic and absolutely delicious Mexican restaurant in Burley. V was a wonderful hostess and made sure that our visit was the best. Shrimp tacos with cream cheese, bacon and avocado were spot on as was the guacamole, tortilla soup and burrito burro. Whenever we pass through tow we will be stopping at this great and very affordable restaurant! Thank you V!!!!

The wife and I eat here a lot! This is the best mex in Burley. The staff is amazing, helpful, and a little sassy! All of the food we've tried is excellent. It's also very affordable. They know how to make drinks too.

This was our first time dining at Taqueria El Mirador. I was a little skeptical at first but I’m so glad we tried it out! Absolutely delicious food! All of it!We ordered today’s special (not sure what it was because my husband ordered it), the steak fajitas, shrimp fajitas, chicken salad and the kids cheese quesadilla.My son and I got the fajitas. So much flavor! The shrimp and steak tasted great but so did the peppers and onions that came with it. And their homemade corn tortillas were warm and fresh! Definitely worth trying! I don’t usually like corn tortillas but I’m so glad I ordered them! The servings of rice and beans were large. We had leftovers to take with us.The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was great. Appropriate music was playing and the restaurant is decorated as you’d expect a Mexican restaurant would be.The bathrooms and inside of the restaurant were clean. The only thing I wish our waitress had asked us about is if we wanted dessert. I had wanted to order the fried ice cream but forgot about it until after we left.
Parking: There was a lot of parking spots open when we were there. It was also pretty slow at that time so I’m not sure how much parking is available on Friday and Saturday nights.
Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids. Grilled cheese, quesadilla and more.
