Watched a single person at the counter drop some guys fries on the counter and then proceed to push them back into the fry box and put them back on his tray. Same single person at the counter ignored me forever when I just needed a sauce packet. They either need more help or better training. Wasn’t feeling the customer service from this joint.

I love the salads. Trouble was wish maps told me 84 exits were closed and poorly marked way to find entrance.

We have stopped at this Wendy’s many times over the years on road trips, and every time I come away angry. There seems to be an extreme lack of pride in the food they send out the door. This was what was sent out tonight as an order of “3 large fries.”
When you’re feeding a hungry family on the road and this is what you pull out once back on the freeway, it’s infuriating! When I PAY GOOD, HARD-EARNED money for something (in this case, food), I expect to get what I pay for. Any institution that takes my money and then doesn’t deliver the product promised should be held accountable. Do BETTER, Wendy’s!!

We just moved to Burley this week. Just wanted a quick bite and ordered 3 items while running errands. A fry, a 6 pc spicy nugget and a double bacon burger with added mayo. We go thru the drive thru and order, get it and we find the burger is missing. I park, go inside, and find the drive thru kid chit chatting. I said they forgot my burger. It's sitting next to him and he hands it to me. Then we're driving down the road and we find that the burger didn't have bacon, nor was the bun toasted. The nuggets were regular, not spicy. They also didn't add the mayo to the burger, they just threw 4 mayo packets in the bag. And darn it if the fries weren't burnt and crunchy to the point that they were like potato snacks in a bag from the dollar tree. What in the glory of all creation is happening at this location? Is this why they were so slow on a Friday? Is this the service they offer when it's not even busy? Smdh. Do better folks. I'll do better and go elsewhere for sure. I work out of my car, so I hit a lot of fast food joints throughout the week. This location will not get my money going forward.

Absolutely dog shit service in there tonight. A bunch of children coming off of a bus took priority to existing orders
