Burley wendys only has kiosks to order. You click on a item with a price you can see. But when you add it to cart price TRIPLES on you. We tried canceling order and reordering 5 times!!! And it did the same thing every time. Even clicked on check out to pay thinking correct prices would show up, but nope, still triple the price with only the items we had ordered. With only a computer to dispute our problem, AND food, and service wasn't that great last time we ate there, OH, And no paper towels in the bathroom (so you know workers are not washing their hands... YUCK! ) we just left. And went elsewhere to get food.

We pre-ordered on the app and paid for the order. We showed up and the order never showed up in the queue. I asked what happened and the cashier asked the general manager. She looked in the computer and found our order, and told us we owed an additional $8.20. We weren’t about to pay an additional amount on the overpriced amount that we already paid. We ordered the order in store and are working on getting repaid for the mobile order. When the order was finally “ready”, they had 7 items incorrect in it. SEVEN. They refused to help with all of their shortfalls in this process and our 20 minute Wendy’s trip on our road trip turned into an hour. It should be ZERO STARS.

I decided to try the breakfast for the first time and most likely won't try it again. All my food was cold, I had old, dried up potato wedges after I was told that they had to make fresh ones and had me pull up so that their drive-thru time wasn't affected.

The food was really good but the service sucked there was a line right out the door and he wasn’t taking any orders my friend sat in line for 20 minutes just to only get one meal. The server Justin wouldn’t help anyone and he even yelled at people to stop and wait patiently.
