I walked up to the window because I have a trailer. All I got were blank stares from the 2 employees inside. Neither bothered to say a word to me. I watched 3 cars have their orders taken that showed up as I waited. When they finally decided to acknowledge me I was told they were out of product to make my drink. I never have these problems at the other locations. The Caldwell location sucks.

Im reading these bad reviews and really surprised. We had a great first impression. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. We got 3 drinks, two burritos, and donut holes. My expectations were low for the burritos but for $5 they were decent sized and tasted good, not amazing by any means but still exceeded my expectations. The donut holes were super soft, moist, and tasted amazing. All of us were happy with our drinks and they were all the right drink. My 1 piece of feedback was they need a new microphone (which may be contributing to the wrong orders) because I was practically yelling so she could hear me.

I really wanted to love Black Rock but 3 times now they have messed up my drink. There is no consistency here and they are beyond slow. I ordered a breve and it did not taste right, hubby took it back and they said they ran out of half and half so used whole milk and they didn't even line the cup with butterscotch. For one if you used whole milk it's now a latte and they should at least disclose they were out of the product and not try to pull a fast one.
If you’re going to send someone out to take orders, they should really figure out which cars have been sitting there the longest instead of taking the orders of the cars that just arrived causing issues. Dutch bros chick fila all have divide lines and the people that work there know how to use them and get people through lines without any issues. You guys should really work on that. The gal taking orders didn’t seem to care. Basic customer service skills & common sense, why companies are hiring people without it is only hurting your business. Will not be back anytime soon.

Ordered their breakfast burrito and it was nearly frozen in the middle, while outer sides were extremely hot. Was the typical hot pocket experience but 8x the price.
