Shitty you can't get a milkshake at 9:30 pm because they turn the machines off so ealry
The lady taking drive through orders on 12/3 at 4:18 pm was very rude. She was just ignoring me and not saying saying and after a super long awkward pauses I would go “hello…?” And that happened 3 times. I was just awkward and unnecessarily unpleasant. The rest of the drive through staff were wonderful and professional it was just the girl on the mic. Food was great.

I asked for a 8 piece chicken nuggets for my son and when we came home there was only 5! I will never come back to this awful service and no Spanish costumers?! Unbelievable 👎👎👎
At this point I’m going to boycott Bk. Food was cold, stale, and not edible. Calling to complain they said to contact the online ordering. They refused a refund despite having food to return. Do not recommend

Very rude security guard/old lady walking round watching you eat and pointing her finger at kids playing. Many kids sat down scared she even made one cry.

A lady named Dolares sat here and nailed on my little 6 yr old yelling at him for not taking his shoes off before getting in the playground. Its one thing to ask a child and another to sit here and yell at a child

Will never eat here again me n my kids sat there eat was there maybe 30 min the cashier messed up n I had to wait 20 min for a refund they kept telling me yo wait cuz manager was helping drive threw but yet I was there before people in the drive threw n still had to wait while we were eating finally I asked for the corporate number n then all if sudden the manager was able to refund me n that only took 1 min vs having to wait 20 min n the cashier wasn't friendly at all

Waited 15 minutes to order inside, once ordered! Only ordered 3 Frankenstein candy sundaes and it took them 20 minutes to make and serve! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
We just had a HORRIBLE experience. We stood by the cash register for over 20 minutes with NO acknowledgement of us at all. A woman even said she would have to leave to go back to work without the food she paid for already. When I tried to reach out online I wasn’t allowed to since we didn’t order. However, we only didn’t order because of how bad the service was. When I tried to call the number on the card I was given I watched the manager ignore the call. I’m beyond frustrated and disrespected by this place.

The staff is very rude at this location. They completely refused to answer any questions whatsoever about their menu, pricing, or coupons in their app, and used an aggressive tone with me despite my being polite. Food was just typical fast food but very small portion sizes for the price. Gets 2 stars only because the building itself is nice and the food is cheap if you can get the coupons to work.

The person that was taking the order was laughing as we were ordering our food and after 10 minutes finally finished ordering then paid and didn’t get an item we paid for.
