Burgers are ok... I tend to get them cold quite a bit... but the fries!! They're hard!! Like super dry no flavor. Reminds me of something that didn't get cooked properly after being frozen!

The service at this place was shocking. I stood in a line of 10 people and watched as the staff walked by continuously ignoring the line of customers for at least 10-15 minutes before someone finally came to the counter. For as long as you are standing waiting for your food let alone your order to be taken, you might as well go to a sit down restaurant for better food and service.

I would like to say as far as the friendly service Brady, has demonstrated to me and my wife excellent customer service, even though my wife did not want to dine here. He was understanding and has excellent customer service!
Drive thru employee balled up napkins and stuffed into bag messily... Burgers had way too much sauce

Caldwell Burger King is a joke. Ordered 3 times on Door Dash, and 3 times it's been wrong! Not from Door Dash but the Food itself! Today i ordered no pickles on my Whopper and there's Pickles! I can't eat Pickles! I ordered Onion Rings and never got them. No Straws for our Drinks and no sauces that we paid for. I called and the Manager hangs up and tells me to call Door Dash. Wouldn't let me speak! I called back to get like the owners number and again hung up on me. Burger is a Joke.

This rating is solely based on the weekday lunch crew only. They are wonderful and stay on top of it. I went here 1 time on the weekend and it was a total different experience.

Solid 3 star experience. Middle of the road food, middle of the road cleanliness, just overall "mid" as the youngsters say. Staff was polite and seemed possibly understaffed. No real complaints here.
Parking: Be careful at entry / exits -- stupid layouts and stupid people make wrecks likely.
Kid-friendliness: There is a play area, and it was open as of this review.
