My husband and I dropped in on our way through Caldwell last weekend. The young man whe greeted and then served us was amazing. Husband had the #5. Sweet n sour pork was crispy and tender, however they didn't put any s-n-s source on it, only a small dish on the side, fried rice was delicious, BBQ pork was good. The Canton has been my favorite Chinese Restaurant for years! Sometimes I eat there and other times I order take out. The service has always been good and the food is excellent. The portions are so big I can never eat it all and end up with another meal when I heat up the leftovers!
Drove in from Ontario and New Plymouth to try their food. Online reviews were mixed. Kyle was our server and was very attentive. We ordered the family dinner #8. Everything was great and each dish was a very generous portion. The sweet and sour sauce very thick and tasty. We ended up taking five large containers of food. Definitely worth the drive.
