Felt very rushed by drive thru worker. She didn't care to listen to how we wanted our burgers. Ended up with only a bun & patty after requesting no pickles, onion, or cheese. Way too much sauce on the other burgers & they were very sloppily assembled.

I recently visited this location Christmas Night of all nights. With everyone else closed, I was happy to get a meaty burger somewhere. Although my order was incorrect, Yasmine was happy to replace my order and the very next day she did. Mistakes happen, but the way Jasmin took care of me was EXCELLENT! I will definitely be back more frequently in the future. The Double Bacon Western Cheeseburger was outstanding and definitely satiated my crave. A++++

Went in there to get a hamburger and shake with my daughter, wasn't even 9pm and we were told they are closing so it needs to be to go. While we sat and waited for our food you could tell that we were an inconvenience for even being there, from the staff and all the teenagers in the dining area. I sat and watched one employee in the back with gloves on sit and touch her face, her phone the trash can, trash, phone multiple more times and food and phone again all while wearing the same gloves! My daughters milkshake wasn't even a milkshake it was more like chocolate milk, half of my hamburger was cold. Interesting thing is we sat in our car in a parking spot to eat before driving home and we watched the staff lock the doors behind us, open the doors to let multiple teenagers in at different times. Seemed as if they was having some sort of party. There was girls dancing and singing and they were all recording all while a baby was just staring out the front doors. Pretty messed up and sad.

I'm in complete joy eating here. Big food, big taste and big fulfilment of appetite. Great prices compared to their fast food joints and their fries are absolutely better than any one else in the burger industry. Plus they have jalapenos and chili peppers to have on the sides as a complimentary condiment! I go again, again, again and again!
