Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have to agree with every person who has written a bad review on here. This is the only chipotle in the area and we all expect at least a minimum standard and this is far from one. Also, why can't these reviews be enough to take action? Why do we have to explain ourselves again on another website? Enough reviews on Google should warrant action from corporate management immediately! I love Chipotle but this location needs help like YESTERDAY!!

I went in yesterday (February 18,2026) at around 9:20pm, and I was content with the plentiful fresh ingredients available. The food was fresh and stocked and the worker making my burrito was a cool dude and I was in and out of there quickly, not to mention the portions were up to chipotles very generous standards. I'm shocked about the reviews honestly, this place is so good! I wanted to post a pic but for whatever reason it won't post.

On 2/26/2026 with one other person in line we waited 3-4 minutes to get service. Finally a lady came out and dished up our orders. She was VERY skimpy on the rice and especially the Barbacoa put into the bowl - I asked for more Barbacoa and she said she would have to charge me more. There was maybe 2 spoonfuls of Barbacoa on the rice - I walked out without my order - She was just Cheap and Have never had a bad experience for this kind service. Guess I wont be going there anymore if they consistently keep trying to charge more when they offer skimpy portions Bye By Chipotle

This has to be the worst chipotle in the country. The workers literally don’t care about their job. The constantly let their items run out on line and act like they are being so put out when I ask for them to get more. And I’m talking about anything from meat to toppings. This happens almost every time and it’s usually at times of day that aren’t very busy. Multiple times they have told me they are out of something while I am watching the line cooks filling containers with it. They just didn’t want to take a minute to grab it from them to serve. They told me they ran out of kids chips when they had plenty of bags and plenty of chips. There was no one in line behind me they just didn’t want to fill a bag. Also the chips are never fully cooked or salted and the fajita verges always burnt to an actual crisp. Please send some help from headquarters or whatever so we can have decent chipotle. Lastly, the workers are mostly jerks. There’s been a couple cool guys working but otherwise there is a real funk in tha kitchen. All my friends joke about how bad this place is but it’s the only one near by so we still go. It’s a bummer

An absolute unit of a burrito, but way to much guacamole and sour cream. Not near enough meet or cheese.

This was our third time eating at chipotle this week. The Nampa location on happy valley is the reason we tried it several times. We ordered the same exact meals at all. Unfortunately this afternoon on 10-31-24 I was in Caldwell & decided to go again. Anyway my burrito Was slapped together very fast, it had far too much rice, it was as fat as it was tall so the foil didn’t hold it. All of my meat, cheese & sour cream was at the bottom and I just got mouths full of rice. I/2 of it was white rice . Seriously guys. Its a little pricy & you need to do better. I ended up having to put it in a container and take it home.My husbands salad bowl was fine. So I averaged tge rating. We eat out frequently and it will actually be hard for me to return.

I mean….i just don’t understand how these come in the same order, pay the same amount, but look like this

Shared a salad bowl made by employees from what the customers choose to be added for their taste. Sat in the establishment at a table with some beautiful big windows.

Parking: Along side of building are about 8-10 parking spaces.

Paid $15 for a bowl of rice & beans; they gave the tiniest scoop of beef - a tablespoon lol

They rip you off on proteins

The two gentlemen that prepared my food tonight did just fine and the food is great. The reason for my review is because of Alyssa (I’m assuming that’s her name, as it is the name on my receipt), who I’m assuming is some sort of shift lead. Alyssa hovered over the two gentleman preparing customer orders and kept telling them to hurry up while snapping her fingers at them and rolling her eyes. It wasn’t even that busy but she seemed to be in a hurry. The gentleman that prepared my food was a bit heavy handed with his scoops and put a lot of everything I asked for in my bowl and Alyssa looked over at my bowl and asked me if I got extra chicken. I said no, because I did not ask for extra chicken, yet she charged me for it anyway while she continued to look visibly annoyed at her coworkers.

Alyssa seriously needs some training on how to lead. Snapping your fingers and telling your subordinates to hurry up is not leadership. Overcharging for extra chicken because the team is clearly not trained (wonder why) on portions is not fair to the customer.

Came in around 12:30 for lunch the food is good but the service was terrible nobody was paying attention to what people ordered they charged me the price of 2 for one bowl so I ended up paying for 3 while only wanting 2.There was a lot of the workers had face piercings on which I know isn’t aloud at chipotle. Very disappointed.

cma in around 9:30 worker made it a big deal making gun motions towards head exc was being rude the entire time my group and i were ordering every time ive come they have been rude this time they spit in my chips?
i went in yhe next day first manager was cery kind about it and offered to remake the food and i refund than i second manager came out and first said she worked that jught and didnt see me than continued to say that there workers wouldnt do that and basically argued about it with me when i literally had picture proof and a recipe with me

Me and my friends went in last night and one of the workers when we walked in was being overly dramatic and she was being super rude we were there 25 min before close and she was being super rude and we kinda just blew it off until we got home and found spit in our chips and we went back today the manager tried denying all of it but she gave full refund but she said “my employees wouldent do that” but be careful when you go to this location check your food before you eat it.

Parking: It’s an odd lot and there’s only about 6 or so spaces. Then you get trucks in there and you have to leave a space in the middle because the spaces are to narrow.
