We ordered the party platter today for a work lunch and our staff couldn’t have been more excited! I’ve loved the brisket at Chop Shop forever but today I had their ribs for the first time and they might be my new favorite. All the meats and sides were delicious, ready when promised and Kris and the staff were so friendly when we came in to pick it up. Highly recommend for a group event! And highly recommend supporting local!

Food was good, the BBQ Sauce was very amazing, I especially liked their Carolina style sauce (probably one of the best I have ever had), the ribs were the perfect amount of tender and firm to allow it to seperate from the bone, the pulled pork was very well shredded and light and paired well with both sauces. The sausage carried a really good spring flavor that reminded me of a Greek cooking style mixed with BBQ (loved it!). The Grenades were my absolute favorite part! They had a perfect seasoning crust on the outside with a heavenly mashed potatoes on the inside. The dinner rolls were perfectly baked and fluffy (i do wish it would come with a side of butter, but thats on me for forgetting to ask lol.) The Brisket was PERFECT, just the right cook time to keep it juicy and fall apart, exactly how it should be.

The layout is beautiful and sits right in front of the Indian Creek Plaza, the staff is very kind and makes the entire atmosphere very comfortable and entertaining while mixing fantastic drinks with super chill bartenders (I recommend the Peppermint White Russian.)

Overall 10/10, def will go back.

Took the wife here for our anniversary. The hostess was very friendly and seated is right away. We got there about 5:30 and managed to beat the rush.

The quality of the food was excellent. I'm not a huge fan of vinegar, so the sauces were not my favorite, but the pulled pork was super tender and the brisket/heart burger was great. The wings were several steps above most wing places. I'm a sucker for Creme brulee and theirs did not disappoint. They change the recipe seasonally, and this time of year it was egg nog.

The real stand out was the staff. Our waiter, Ty, was friendly, attentive and helpful when deciding what to order.

I am definitely planning to go back.

I have traveled around the US eating BBQ and was even on my college meat judging team. This place is amazing and all of its off the wall sides and appetizer's . Our family of 4 that has two toddlers can share the sampler with an appetizer and extra size and not eat for another 24hours. Not lacking flavor or tenderness. Happy to have found some good grub

December was my server. She was awesome from the very start. The food and beer are amazing. They took care of me really well. chef gave my puppy steak bites on the house. It’s our favorite spot now.

This is one place I wish I knew about before I did. One of my favorite place to eat. The place is amazing and the staff is the best. This is the best spot to eat, hands freak down. In fact I think I will be going soon again!

We order out and we're hanging out in the plaza. The service from the walk up window was really convenient and the waitress was like and friendly. I have no complaints about that end of it. The food however was very lackluster. I ordered the brisket poutine and and couldn't have been more disappointed. Their fries were good but the meat tasted like over salted canned roast beef. It was all ground in with the gravy and in no way resembled brisket nor did it have any smoke flavor. My wife got the smoked chicken bahn mi and that was decent. Would i suggest this place to anyone or would I go back? I'm sorry to say I wouldn't and I won't. Just an overall disappointment

Sad to say don't listen to suggestion on the menu one the beans where way under cooked potato salad was the same as the beans, not what you think.

My wife and I shared a brisket sandwich and I ordered a lauger to go with it. Both the sandwich and the beer were delicious. We ate at the bar and the bartender was very nice. I recomend this place for a quick and delicious meal.

We bought 6 rolls & 1st roll husband ate had something extremely hard in it , cut it & was white inside brown outside so bye bye rolls meat had no juice was a bit dry

Our server, Alyssa, was outstanding…..friendly, cheerful, helpful…..everything one could ask for. Also met the owner, Chris, who was super nice. Food was excellent (as always) and my cocktail was unique and refreshing. Outstanding experience! ❤️

Spending $260 I was pretty underwhelmed. I ordered the party sampler. No one was at the counter when I arrived to pick up my order. I waited a few min then took my order and left. Review of the food...

We sampled all the meat 10/10. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sausage could cook a little longer for a slight char on the skin.
Fries- 8/10 like the natural cut of the fries but slightly too salty.
Candied Yams- 7/10 average
Coleslaw- DID NOT RECEIVE
Mac & Cheese- 8/10
Potato Grenades- 10/10 very good!!
Chop Sauce- Thin sauce, tangy but lacks flavor
Caddy Sauce- 7/10 meh
Rolls- 0/10 I was expecting a fluffy fresh yeast roll. They were pre packaged and warmed in the bag causing condensation making the rolls soggy.

All in all I would suggest getting meat and making your own sides.
