My family of 3 got the sampler plate and it was the perfect amount of food. I’m celiac and they were so knowledgeable and thorough about making sure I knew what food I was eating. Chef Chris is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are vegan, we were walking by took a look at the menu explained to Chris we are vegan he asked us if we could trust him to create something off the cuff for us. We trusted him and it was such an incredible meal! The dinner we had was so delicious, fresh, full of flavors that combined so well together, it truly tasted like a 5star restaurant!! We appreciate this place and the atmosphere was welcoming, sweet and very attentive to all our needs ! Excited to go back!

Wow my respect to the Chef!!!Food is 10/10⭐ we order a Party Sampler it had everything on the Menu 1 Rack pork ribs 2lb of the Best Brisket we had in this life time 2lb of pulled pork and they had no Chicken but Chef substitute for Chicken Breast and House made sausage 4large sides we chose Mc& Cheese and Fries Coleslaw and have to say the Butternut squash Mc& Cheese takes the Win it was a explosion of flavor in our mouth....We Added a Burger ? because it just sound good and let me tell you it was juicy and delicious 10/10⭐

I really enjoy the Chop Shop. The Brisket and Pulled Pork is absolutely delicious. Oh and those creek fries are sooooo good they are truly a one of a kind. Friendly staff and very casual style dining that is quiet and very clean. I always rave these guys to my Coworkers and Strangers looking for good places in CaldwellParking: Parking is sometimes hard to find but the Walk is not too far.

Chop shop has been a go to place for me for years now! The fried chicken sandwich slaps so hard folks you are sleeping on this place if you haven't tried it! My boss bought the family take home dinner for my family when my uncle passed and I will never forget opening these boxes and boxes of food. The amount was so much to take in from the smoked chicken legs to the brisket to the rolls. All I can say is this food comforted me in a time when I didn't want to eat. True comfort food, in our town. We are blessed to have chop shop.

Not great but I've had worse. We had lunch on a Friday and got zero drink refills. Not the waitresses fault, she was working solo. Food was only ok. We got the appetizer with a medley of meat options....the burnt ends weren't and the lamb riblets tasted like yesterday's meat that didn't sell. The wings on the other hand were 5 stars, really good. Also, the creek fries were 5 stars. We had pulled pork sandwiches and they were only ok. The BBQ sauces they had on the table, 2 kinds, weren't great. Not terrible but not great.Also, the smoke in the building was a little much. Had it been warmer outside we probably would have dined outside.It's definitely worth trying if you haven't. They were very nice and the place was clean. Maybe my expectations were too high.

The hostess/server was great- very outgoing and friendly! The atmosphere was nice. The food was ok. The thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was a dumb service charge on my bill. No one could explain what that fee was actually for (it was on top of sales tax AND a separate fee for using my credit card). I thought only government agencies charged you for using your credit card. Very disappointed with management of this establishment

Tiny little place with great food. The pulled pork was amazing, like melt in your mouth soft, too. The potato chips/fries with the fry sauce is delicious. We had a draft beer from the tap, and enjoyed our dinner very much in the cozy environment. The only thing I would suggest is more real estate for more tables, because this place would be packed. We’ll be back soon. Thank you for the excellent food and service.

I’m not a huge BBQ guy but this place is awesome! The flavors weren’t overwhelming of BBQ sauce. The flavors of my wife’s Shop Burrito were amazing. So much going on but all the flavors paired amazingly. My Brisket Sandwich and Candied Sweet Potatoes were on point with taste! Portions are spot on although if you’re not a big eater make sure to share the Shop Burrito, it’s huge! We will definitely be back and could even call this one of our favorite places to eat. Our service was awesome and Alissa was very sweet and attentive, keep up the great job Alissa. Thank you all for a great dining experience.
