Met a friend there for drinks and apps. The atmosphere is much brighter and vibrant compared to their Nampa location. Drinks were good. Our bartender was great and on top of everything. We got the garlic Parmesan truffle fries which were amazing and the burrata app. Overall great experience.
Craft Lounge Caldwell is my favorite restaurant in Caldwell. Anytime I have clients visiting, it is my go to location for lunch. Everything on the menu is worth trying, its all fantastic, especially the truffle fries. Drinks are perfect, food is amazing, and the people are as well. Even met the owners before, great down to earth people.

I haven't been out in a while. This place hit home. It was suggested to get the mac & cheese, so i did. I ordered their mac & cheese, and I added their pulled pork and jalapeños. This plate was so creamy and delicious with layers of flavor in every bite. I was blown away. Usually, cavatappi noodles are underdone and chewy, but these were perfectly done.
