We have had many lunches and dinners at the Caldwell Craft Lounge, and have never had a bad meal, drink or service! Our latest late lunch early dinner was on May 9th, and our server Jewelia was top notch! Perfectly timing her return to our table, never had to ask her for anything, smile on her face the whole time! Love the Craft Lounge!
First time trying the Caldwell location and we had James as our waiter. We tried the mushroom bisque (very good and creamy), olives and baguette (my husband said they were high quality and tasted great), and the salmon dip (sooo good!) for appetizers. I ordered the whiskey chicken and my husband ordered the mac n cheese with cowboy candy, candy bacon, and Bleu cheese (he was shocked how spicy the cowboy candy was, he is a spice guy and wasn't expecting the kick, he ate it...
What a surprise in Caldwell, ID. This hidden gem has been beautiful remodeled from the main area, to the back bar, to the speak easy downstairs. They even have a great private room for parties. Oh, the food is top notch, and the drinks are perfectly made. Stop by next time you are in the 2C.
