Fast, friendly service, great presentation, and the pork lumpia was delicious!!!
I think I just found my favorite food truck! Da Lumpia Stop visited my subdivision tonight. I tried 6 lumpia with pancit noodles and they were delicious! The food truck is clean and has two windows - one for orders and the other for pickup. Customer service was great - fast and efficient! They opened when they said they would and quickly had a line of people. I love that in addition to my meal I could order a larger quantity of lumpia, so I ordered an extra 10 and I’m so glad I did!!!! It’s easy to see why this food truck is so well rated!!! If you see it definitely stop!
An amazing product put out by this small family business! All the children in my neighborhood love this truck! Some neighbors go as far as calling it their favorite truck in Idaho!
Love to see diversity in Boise. Especially a nod to Filipinos - so congrats on your business! I was excited to try after reading the reviews. For specializing in lumpia, it was just ok. Definitely stands out in Idaho cause you can't get it anywhere around here except frozen from an Asian grocery store (Costco had it for a second). The flavor of the lumpia was ok, but it was chewy. Traditional lumpia is fried. This seems to be air fried or baked, judging by the consistency. Or it could be that it was mostly wrapper vs. filling. They honestly look and taste like the frozen ones from the grocery store.
I also ordered the special - garlic fried chicken, which came with veggie pancit and rice. The chicken was ok. It was kind of like a karage chicken but not crispy. You can taste the garlic, but it was also sweet. Too sweet; not like teriyaki though. It tasted like the chicken or batter was seasoned with sugar and I didn't care for it. Rice was cooked well, no issues there. The pancit was bihon (rice vermicelli noodle) and it was also cooked well, but like the chicken, the flavor was off. The pancit could use more soy sauce and black pepper. On the up side, it was not dry or mushy.
I’m a lumpia connoisseur and the lumpia is absolutely amazing here! 6 pieces was nowhere near enough!
Finally found Da Lumpia open and had to stop! I’m glad I did! Excellent lumpia! Perfect Pancit and awesome Mac salad. As good as we used to sell! Can’t wait to try the adobo! Veteran owned and operated, Matt was a great host!
Had an amazing time at Da Lumpa Stop food truck! Everything I tried was super tasty and looked awesome. The owner, who's a veteran, is seriously cool and knows how to whip up some delicious food fast. Prices? Totally reasonable. If you're into Filipino food, this is the spot. Can't wait to go back!
I gotta tell yah. I'm kind of a Lumpia SNOB. Wow! I just discovered this place and boy am I glad I did!!! WOW! If you are a Philippino food fan...add this to your list of food places to the very top! I sampled the pork lumpia and just about fell over. Just as I remembered it growing up as a kid! Hard to match a childhood memory! Great prices too. Thanks for the great food! I definitely will be returning. It's off of Franklin on the right about a mile down the street from Bishop Kelly High School.
I'm a filipino living in Boise, and this hit right home! Liempo was really good, the shanghai as well. The siopao hit the spot as well. But, a few pointers that I hope they'd consider:
Add a bit more soy sauce to the pancit, it has to taste a bit salty.
The siopao, add a bit more meat.
Besides that, the food is a 10/10.
I got the combo meal and it didn’t disappoint. We had to come back the next day and order another one because it was just that good and I couldn’t get over it, the flavor, the taste. Foodie heaven!! We will be coming back again for more for sure!!

Cravings satsfied, yummy lumpia and combinations of food!
The beef lumpia was amazing ! I loved everything about Da Lumpia stop
Where to start! The lumpia are always fresh and flavorful, hot inside and crispy outside. Pancit is always well seasoned and well cooked, their adobo pork is drool worthy, their Filipino bbq skewers and all their sides are always fresh and delicious and on point! Definitely try all of their sauces too, the spiced vinegar is bomb with the lumpia ? (Hint: I like to order a big bunch of lumpia and save them for a few days, pop a few in the air fryer and voila like fresh crispy fried!)Always friendly service, never too long of a wait, always fast and easy payments whether cash or card. They also have several drink options and always well stocked napkin dispenser, very clean well kept truck and well ran. Couldn’t ask for a better food truck experience every time I’ve been, and it’s been several ♥️
Really great food truck. Lumpia was on point, flavorful and the Sweet Chille sauce was fantastic. Only knock was that the lumpia were a bit on the smallish side so it'll take quite a few to fill you up, but, they're only $1.25 each so it's not terribly priced. Will definitely go there again. Owner was great, a Veteran, so I appreciate his hard work.
