I think I just found my favorite food truck! Da Lumpia Stop visited my subdivision tonight. I tried 6 lumpia with pancit noodles and they were delicious! The food truck is clean and has two windows - one for orders and the other for pickup. Customer service was great - fast and efficient! They opened when they said they would and quickly had a line of people. I love that in addition to my meal I could order a larger quantity of lumpia, so I ordered an extra 10 and I’m so glad...
An amazing product put out by this small family business! All the children in my neighborhood love this truck! Some neighbors go as far as calling it their favorite truck in Idaho!
Love to see diversity in Boise. Especially a nod to Filipinos - so congrats on your business! I was excited to try after reading the reviews. For specializing in lumpia, it was just ok. Definitely stands out in Idaho cause you can't get it anywhere around here except frozen from an Asian grocery store (Costco had it for a second). The flavor of the lumpia was ok, but it was chewy. Traditional lumpia is fried. This seems to be air fried or baked, judging by the consistency....
