Why has noone answered the phone for over an HOUR AND A HALF?!?! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVER. I only have some questions about an order I placed.I called the Nampa Dairy Queen to ask them the same question and they said it's such a common problem that the Caldwell Dairy Queen has become a running joke about their lack of good customer service. How sad. They need to up their game.

Went to get a small banana split blizzard for my little nephew on this hot day BUT it only had little to no toppings just a sprinkle on top not through out the blizzard ? Is that a thing ? If you ask for something it’s just topped with it ? And the cashier wanted a tip for doing her job ? For $5.71 bill ? He was the only one who was treated lol there should be a tip requirement on larger orders
