This icecream in my opinion, is a very nostalgic component from my childhood. There are better places for same price; I think the cold treats are over priced. Overall a decent experience and one for quick strolls down memory lane.

Waited over a half hour for old food. Take the tip option off the POS system there is never tip worthy service there. There's 5 customers how is it a half hour to serve barley 2 people
What is that response. There is obviously not understanding of timeliness. Why even respond to me?

I don't think they really grasp the idea off online pickup orders. I work close by and only have1/2 hour lunches so I order ahead to save time. When I arrive I go to the mobile order register to pick it up and I usually have to wait while they wait on all the customers in the other line. But today the app said my order would be ready at 3:10. I got there a couple minutes early let them know I was there for a pickup order. The young guy said it would be right out and walked away. At 3:15 a young girl came up and said they were waiting on 1 burger patty to finish the order. At 3:20 I was told it was almost ready. I saw multiple drive through orders go out the window while I waited. Then at around 3:25 my food finally came. The young girl informed me that luckily they noticed right before I got there they had given my food to a drive through customer on accident. The app always works great but the failure to grasp the second part which is the pickup is very frustrating.

I paid a lot for my food and it wasn't the best. The service is standard. I didn't feel wanted as a customer. Instead, it felt robotic in a sense.

My husband's burger was just okay, my chicken sandwich was not even just okay. The bun was burnt, the chicken so-so. The fries were like chewing on rubber. The blizzards were good though!
I don’t mean to be a Karen but my goodness. I spent almost $30 for food at this place and was charged for what I asked for and didn’t receive it. Very frustrating. I ordered a 6 pc bbq sauced tender meal with gravy as the dipping sauce. Person at the window was really kind, they had blue hair and a friendly tone. I sat in line and when I was at the window there was a line forming behind me. I took my food and drove off. I got home and my 6 piece tender meal was actually 4 pieces. I ordered the gravy dipping sauce and got nothing instead. I got everything else I ordered and it was good. Mistakes happen. Encourage your employees to be better and more aware and efficient.

You do ok with orders but Caldwell location NEVER puts fry sauce in with any French fry orders. Stop guarding your ketchup and mayo sauce... make sure every single French fry gets a fry sauce!!!!!
