Went through drive thru at 11:25pm. Ordered fish tacos, lady taking the order said the fryer is being cleaned asked if we wanted to wait 5 min. We said yes and she sighed and had an attitude towards us. Sounded very irritated. After paying at the window they turned all the store lights off, got our food and pulled away and they turned them back on. Personally that’s not very good customer service and believe she could have done much better. Wish I got a name but no name tag.

They didn’t even fold my burrito right the wrapper was folded inside my burrito to hide the fact they RIPPED the tortilla. The burrito was a mess and the food was cold. Thanks

My first job was Del Taco and this is the first time I have been taken back to that quality and goodness. I've eaten at the Broadway store, the Franklin store in Boise and the 12th Ave store in Nampa. But the store on 21st street in Caldwell is far superior that any of them. My hat goes off to them.

About 1 week ago...on a Sunday...dine in service...total bill was a bit over $18 for two people. Anyway, gave registar/worker $50 bill & he said HE asked if I have any smaller bills. Told him no I don't. He then asked if I had credit card. I said it's only a bit over $31 dollars change..YOU DON'T HAVE THAT IN THE REGISTER?? He said no...Del Taco wants my credit payment. REALLY? YOU expect me to believe that? I do have some common sense about business. I don't like this...really.
So del tacos basically a slightly better version of Taco Bell. They still make beef burritos like Taco Bell used to so that's a plus but it's a coin toss on whether you're going to get good service or slow service. I have had their fish tacos which are not bad either and their hot sauce packets are not bad as well. Most fast food places I avoid sodas simply because they don't clean them out after running detergent/cleaner through them and you can taste it in the soda and they don't keep up on syrup to carbonated water ratio and taste like poop... Not that I know what poop tastes like but you get my meaning.

Never go to this del taco. They are always out of carne asada and refuse to do right by the customer and just make some more. I’ve had several online/mobile orders placed through here that resulted in me not receiving what I wanted because they don’t want to either make more asada or properly prep the amount of food they should be.
