Food is good but service is always slow though I did an online order last time got there three minutes early and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my food.

I ordered online so it would be quicker, there was two cars in line including me yet they still took 25+ mins. We got our food n our mistake was not checking if we had all items. We got home and they forgot our churros the soft tacos I ordered were bunched up in a ball almost I asked for no tomatoes n yet I had tomatoes. I got charged extra for sour cream yet we got no sour cream 😆

How many chicken rollers should you get? Three or four? Three is too four may be too many. And in what combination? Regular, nice, tasty staid tradition. Or do you euro it up with ranch. Or go Latin with chipotle? According to the ALMIGHTY GPT, there are 15 combinations! My taste buds rejoice, but the gut doth protest too much. You never give enough sauce.

Food was ok. The avocado burrito could have been built better. The avocado and othe vegetables were on on end and the beans on the other. The shell could have been heated more. The result was too soft and sloppy. Undercooked.

Update: district manager Disney has no clue how to handle situations like this. She had reached out to me one time saying fix it and how can I make it better and then ghosted me. I have reached out multiple times and now I’ve contacted a lawyer. My husband had Exoli from this place DO NOT GO TO ANY of the del tacos, they are all ran by that district manager Disney and she doesn’t care for her customers AT ALL!

This location use to be our favorite location until now, we went there for food on Saturday and left with food poisoning. Our whole family is sick throwing up from both ends since 30 minutes after we ate. Don’t think we’ll be back to that location again.

I've been to this Del Taco many of times and have never had an issue. So this might be a one off but today one of the worst experiences ever! Was trying to pick up a customers paid for order but was stolen by someone else. After confirming this the manager Disney had no intention on helping and seemed to care less about the issue at hand. To be honest if I see her again working I will take my business somewhere else. She'd probably be a better fit for managing a game stop where they're known for giving customers attitude for no reason and providing the worst customer experience. She'd probably find joy working there. As far as a customer service and interacting with people and problem solving. Disney gets a 1 out of 10 at best! Just horrible management on display!

I ordered a taco and received a soft taco. Which I did not order!! Another thing happens, but it will point out who I am, so it was a window person who is not paying attention. Also, two much taco sauces are givin' out. So many drive ups do this, not just Del taco.

It's just Del Taco or as we like to say, not in a bad way, White Trash Food. But I much prefer Del Taco over Taco Bell. The food taste far better and is much fresher!

The guy working was rude over the speaker and before that when we tried to go in at 8:08 am there he was still setting things up and ignoring us with the doors locked. When we went over to the speaker, he said he would be with us in a few minutes, so we pulled forward we saw him still in the dining area, until a few minutes later when he decided to give us the time of day. Very disappointed.

Pulled in drive thur ,had to wait for 5 mins to place my order, the gal was apologetic abt the wait. I finally get up to pick up my order , the cashier did the transaction was nice , then she disappeared, so I'm waiting on my order, the food was freshly hot and well made. But it sat near the drive thru window for a bit, didn't see the cashier anywhere,I'm waiting then another employee comes up and says here you go ,I responded back I didn't get my drink . Don't know why they're so slow yesterday ,it wasn't busy in the parking lot . the day before I had much quicker service with the gentleman employer, very sweet .
