I love Dennys and always take my grandsons there for breakfast to the Spring Hill one in IL. where i have been f spoiled by the great service where the waitress is filling my coffee every few minutes and is knowledgeable about the menu. But not the Dennys in Idaho that was in a truck stop. Had to flag down the waitress fo more coffee and she didn't know there was free refills on kids hot chocolates. Telling wife there would be a charge for the refill. My wife had to show her the free refills on the menu. Then there is a sign at the register reminding you to use your AARP card for 15% off your entire bill, but thats not true, no discount on the value meals. The quality of the Dennys depends on the manager. Not all are great!

I had the french toast slam. While the eggs were cooked perfectly, they were served on a plate swimming in cooking oil. Completely soaked one napkin removing the oil. The bacon and sausage were tasty, but cold. The French toast was well prepared, but with a large scoop of ice cold butter on top and cool syrup from the table, the end result was a very unsatisfying meal, that - with coffee ☕ was >$20. I won't be back.

Stormy at the DENNY’S 3512 FRANKLIN ROAD RESTAURANT was an absolute blessing. She was very attentive, kind, caring, and made me feel as if I were at home. After a 6 hour drive I needed some food(I eat once a night) and she was absolutely phenomenal. She really is a blessing. We ate here 11/20/2025 @0130 am. People like her are what will make us come back to Dennys in the future.

I took my youngest daughter in for a father daughter dinner. Michaela was are server, I will say the food was great as always (I love Dennys). I always go through my drinks quick and Michaela made sure my drink was full the entire time!! A++ very polite and kind to top it off. One of the best Denny’s I’ve been too!! Will be a frequent customer! Thanks Michaela!

I guess it's too much trouble for the cook to pick out green peppers or poach eggs, because the water said no to both. And during my entire meal a lady was banging something against a table every 10 seconds, apparently a construction worker cuz she was the only one wearing noice cancelation headphones. And I substituted a veggie for jalapeños which I got charged for. Dennys sucks and is overpriced. I won't be returning

Extremely bad service. I'm requested 2 pieces of salmon , one piece of lemon , and guess what ?? NOTHING. Extremely small portion!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE, be aware.....customers must have to re-check every order .....
