Domino's Pizza

We got the Cookie Brownies and the cookie part was pretty much Soggy and Raw... Not edible.. I called and Spoke to Jade. And She said well I can re make them for you... She didn't understand that we was not interested in re purchasing them. I asked for a Credit back for another time and She refused.. That is Ridiculous.. she said just because I Don't like what I ordered doesn't mean they have to give a credit or refund. Very terrible Customer SERVICE ON HER END. AND She's is the manager.. SMH!!! - Instead of her hearing me out she just wanted to argue and prove a point that my brownies were fully cooked. It's NOT Her eating them and having this experience!!!! This was @ the Caldwell location off the Blvd.. Thanks a lot JADE!!

Note to Jade. I've had this similar experience with Pizza Hut. And they credited the same amount to my account NO PROBLEM.... Learn better Customer Satisfaction!!

I ordered a mix and match over the phone. I also asked that how much would be my total. The associate said $14. When I arrived to pick up, the total was $18 before tax. The manager said that I had ordered a specialty pizza which is more expensive. I never mentioned any specialty pizza over the phone nor the associate told about it. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager argued 5 minutes about it and threw both pizza in the trash. They maid me wait for more than 30 minutes in total. Very disappointed with this. No customer service by Camella who introduced herself as a manager.

I usually never have a problem when I order food from this Dominos but lately when I've gotten delivery its been sub par, was really excited to have my lava cakes but when I opened the box they were all squished together so that was a bit disappointing

We ordered delivery tonight estimated timeframe was 15-29 minutes took an hour to get to us. When driver showed up this is how our pizzas were delivered no apology or anything. Was not very happy with tonight’s service.

Suddenly unable to order delivery to my home through the app, so I called in. They would not honor the online coupons while their app was not working correctly.

Went in to pick up my order & noticed that the workers weren’t wearing gloves while making the pizza, one was constantly scratching his head & touching the dough without washing his hands after…then continued to scratch his forearm near the armpit area & continued on touching the dough without washing their hands…

Got a large pizza for the price of a medium for no particular reason! The food is always delicious, and I can always rely on being greeted well.

What's the point of delivery instructions if no one ever reads them?

Truly the worst experience I have had and I didn't even order any pizza. One of their delivery drivers ran a red light and made me swerve and lock up my brakes. Then proceeded to look at me like I was in the wrong. When I called to complain to the manager I was told to call back another time because she doesn't have time to deal with it. Personally I wouldn't usually say anything or post, but unfortunately the whole situation scared my daughter enough to make her cry. So now it is a big deal.

Excellent!!!! New stuffed crust pizza. I wish the coupons for a free pizza lasted longer than a week. It's not long enough.

Absolutely stupid!! Horrible customer service. We order two separate order between us and our friends, she waited TWO HOURS for two pizzas and Alfredo. We ordered ONE pizza and chicken bites. We had called when the delivery time had passed. Called again because the delivery driver went the wrong way delaying our food even longer.. mind you we’ve waited TWO HOURS at this point. And then we receive our pizza and one didn’t even have SAUCE!!! We called once again. Got told it wasn’t true. Wasn’t on our order. This that and the freaking other. Asked for a refund and refused to give it and hung up on us. Completely unprofessional, and unwarranted. NEVER EVER order from this place unless you love long wait times horrible customer service and being called a liar!

I ordered my food at 10:30 and it didn’t get delivered till 11:45. My pizza came in with no sauce, it was cold, and my chicken bites were cold and overcooked. Waited over and hour for food that the store refused to refund me for. Called and talked to the store manager and they refused a refund, refused to send me a new pizza, had a huge attitude with me and hung up on me when I told her she wasn’t helping the situation at all. All I wanted was a refund for my cold food and missing sauce.
