Can’t Evan give me my order and tell me it’s not available bit then when I magically call the number back there phone rings they can’t find my order

What's the point of delivery instructions if no one ever reads them?
Truly the worst experience I have had and I didn't even order any pizza. One of their delivery drivers ran a red light and made me swerve and lock up my brakes. Then proceeded to look at me like I was in the wrong. When I called to complain to the manager I was told to call back another time because she doesn't have time to deal with it. Personally I wouldn't usually say anything or post, but unfortunately the whole situation scared my daughter enough to make her cry. So now it is a big deal.
Excellent!!!! New stuffed crust pizza. I wish the coupons for a free pizza lasted longer than a week. It's not long enough.

Absolutely stupid!! Horrible customer service. We order two separate order between us and our friends, she waited TWO HOURS for two pizzas and Alfredo. We ordered ONE pizza and chicken bites. We had called when the delivery time had passed. Called again because the delivery driver went the wrong way delaying our food even longer.. mind you we’ve waited TWO HOURS at this point. And then we receive our pizza and one didn’t even have SAUCE!!! We called once again. Got told it wasn’t true. Wasn’t on our order. This that and the freaking other. Asked for a refund and refused to give it and hung up on us. Completely unprofessional, and unwarranted. NEVER EVER order from this place unless you love long wait times horrible customer service and being called a liar!

I ordered my food at 10:30 and it didn’t get delivered till 11:45. My pizza came in with no sauce, it was cold, and my chicken bites were cold and overcooked. Waited over and hour for food that the store refused to refund me for. Called and talked to the store manager and they refused a refund, refused to send me a new pizza, had a huge attitude with me and hung up on me when I told her she wasn’t helping the situation at all. All I wanted was a refund for my cold food and missing sauce.
your customer service is horrible! I waited 2 and half hours for my food and when i got it, it had no sauce on it so i called and they said they can give a free medium and i told them no i want a refund for this and the worker got an attitude and hung up on me! the manager was also there and refused to get on the phone and talk to me like an actual manager should in the first place!

I love dominoes, but this experience was not awesome. I ordered my one small pizza over the phone.i even paid for it over the phone. When I got there, they said it would be a few minutes. After 30 min, they asked what my order was. They could not find it in the system. They had to start the whole order over again, reorder and pay. They said it would be done ASAP. It took another 20 min for it to be ready. I waited a whole hour for my pizza. I understand people make mistakes, but it is what you do after, and how you handle it that makes the difference. They did not offer me a discount on anything, in fact charged me more than the original price that was quoted to me on the phone. I will not be going back to this location.
Go else where, bunch of young kids who’d rather stand around flirting with each other and argue about who’s playing what on the speakers then work.
They ask for a name on the order but can’t even call them out when they’re ready? Dinning room hasn’t been cleaned since early last week, hear me when I say other places would be more worth the trip.
