The Dutch Bros in Caldwell on the corner across from Walmart is excellent. You will always receive excellent service no matter the weather. The menu options are excellent and you will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommended.

Got my moms drink and they messed up her drink so I went back and I got extremely rude attitude from the girls at the window and they didn’t even remake it they just put more Carmel in it and then I had to keep coming back and it’s taken over 4 times to get it right. It’s a simple drink.

Most the people here have their 'customer service face' to a perfect T. They ignore parts of the drink critical to making it safe for diabetic customers. If you want a Starbucks level of low for coffee, this particular store is perfect.

Lily is amazing! I just have to say that I usually try to write a positive review places because I just don't think people do enough positive reviews, and sometimes I even have to wait a few times before I have something positive to say. But I can honestly tell you that Lily is an exceptionally special person, she remembers me every time I come, and just today she saw me waiting in line and I was so excited to say hi to her, and then I saw her head in so I thought oh it's her time to switch out. Too bad we missed her. No, she had gone in because she had seen me and grabbed my drink and a pup cup because she knew my puppy was going to want a pup cup, and walked it all the way out to the street where I was still sitting. She made my heart just melts and I just adore her. You have a lovely staff all of them are lovely they really are, but I light up when I see her because she really remembers us and no matter what she's doing she will go make sure that my pup has a pup cup and go grab my drink so I don't have to wait too long. Your staff always make sure that we have top-notch product, the young man the other day who saw that my drink had melted before I got to the window made sure to make me a fresh one and I was having such a rough day anyway and that made my day as well, and they're always kind lovely and pleasant and cheerful. But Lily is just so special, she's such a big heart, and I can't tell you enough how wonderful she is. There is a special spirit in there and I just want to sing her praises and please please please please please please give her a big pat on the back
