I love dutch but the location on Specht Ave in Caldwell doesn't care about customers at all. Wish I didn't tip. Went to get a tea around 9:30pm, there was only one car in front of me but the employees just kept talking to the person in the car. It was clear that they were done taking their order. They continued to talk for a ridiculous amount of time and the other car didn't move forward until I started moving my car very close to theirs. Once they were at the window, the same thing happened. That employee took forever talking to the person in the car, even after they gave them their drink. It should have taken me a total of 5 min max for me to get my drink with only one person in front of me. Instead it took me 17 min because the employees wanted to catch up with a friend. Schedule a damn date. You're there to do your damn job, so do it! Now I know why this location always has such a long freaking line.

I've been living in Miami for the last few years where they don't have a Dutch and one of the things I was most looking forward to was having a good coffee for the first time in forever! Imagine my reaction then to ordering my all time favorite drink and being given something that tastes worse then Starbucks. They also didn't add the flavors that are included in a Wallaby. It's just a plain mocha, and not made well at all! Disappointing to say the least. Please encourage staff to take an extra second to look up the drink in the menu and how to prepare it properly.

Your workers are always so amazing! I went through the drive -thru twice yesterday and both times my Dutch Bros freezes were spot on perfect! Dutch Bros is the ONLY place I go for my coffee! The other places are poor to mediocre to ok to good. Dutch Bros is excellent and you always go above and beyond. Thank you for your awesome-ness!!

As a little California boy who came over to Idaho for my medical program, I had no knowledge of what Dutch Bros was!
Silly me, DB is now my go-to spot. The white windmill logo overlaid onto the blue background invigorates me as I approach. As I wait in line, the pleasant and spunky "broistas" come up to my window and take my order! I always leave a tip ;).
I end up driving off with either an iced, medium Cocomo or a medium Golden eagle. Delicious!!
You know, it occurs to me now that I don't even know why I like DBs so much. I guess it's just that their iced drinks are so tasty. It's the formulations, ya know? That and the aesthetic, the portion sizes, and the service. It's a fantastic place!!

Open late, even on holidays, which is convenient. Though the line was surprisingly short, employees are usually good at keeping the line moving pretty quickly by serving customers while they wait.

We stopped at 3 different Dutch Brothers drive through Coffee houses in Twin Falls and Caldwell. They were all excellent. The hostesses were all very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to get our order in. A couple of times they had our order ready and delivered before we made it to the window. The coffee was excellent and our orders were perfect every time. When will you be opening in Montana???
