I absolutely love the vibe at this Dutch Bros! The coffee is consistently great, but what really keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. The baristas are incredible—they talk to you like you’ve been best friends for years, which always starts my day on a good note. My only major gripe is the 'Skip the Line, Order Ahead' system. To be honest, the sign is pretty misleading. Even if you order on the app, they don't actually start pulling shots or mixing your drink until you physically arrive and check in. If it’s a busy shift, you’re still looking at a 10-15 minute wait. It’s not exactly a 'skip,' but I guess the friendly service almost makes up for it!

My wife and I left that other Liberal coffee shop and started coming to Dutch Bros Coffee. My wife loves the Golden Eagle and OMG best Chocolate milkshake in down for a better price that you would get in any fast food joints.

I’m generally a fan of coffee stands throughout the Treasure Valley, but this location was a disappointment. After repeating my order multiple times and waiting over 10 minutes to reach the window, my drink was still incorrect. While the staff offered to remake it, I didn't have the time to wait any longer. I ended up accepting the wrong drink and will be frequenting other stands instead.

I did a walk up order yesterday and I could have went through the drive thru at least twice. Then my coffee was handed to me with syrup smeared all over the side. It's a waste of time to use the walk up even if you order ahead! This shop keeps getting worse!

I come to this dutch bros all the time everyday and pay over 40 bucks in coffee and almost every other day I order a hot mocha and its not right just like today they tried to give me a chi not what I ordered and they still didnt give me a mocha
The service has gotten horrible. Dutch workers holding up the line just to chit chat. Service has gotten incredibly slow. Use to be the fastest one but no longer! Not to mention my drink is wrong most of the time now.
