Flying M Coffeeshop is one of the staples in downtown Caldwell! As a local of the area and current student at The College of Idaho, Flying M is a place that has something for everyone. The location makes it accessible to families, couples, friends, and individuals attending events at Indian Creek Plaza. Whether people come to relax, study, or have fun with friends and family, the atmosphere allows all to enjoy their stay in the shop. The food and service are great! As a frequent customer, I value the place that Flying M has in the community. This business pushes to create a safe space for everyone. Flying M provides not only space but resources for those in need of them and allows small businesses and artists a place to share their work. Overall, the experience that one could have at Flying M is nothing less than great!

This is about as coffee shoppy as you can get. If you picture a coffee shop in your head and have never been here, that's what it's like! Very friendly service with a smile, great pastries and food and some of the wackiest trinkets and things to buy in their shop that you won't find anywhere else. I go here often for meetings with my clients because they have free Wi-Fi and lots of tables where we can talk in private. There are a lot of coffee shops close to me, but I chose Flying M first because of their excellent tasting coffee! 😋 Stop by! This location in Caldwell is right downtown. You can grab your coffee and walk around Indian Creek and visit all the shops. It's worth a visit! Highly recommended.

Just wow. Second time here. Amazing food for a coffee shop. The bacon cheddar scone was just fabulous. They also made me a white chocolate macadamia nut latte that I can’t even describe. Sucks we live 3.5 hours away, these guys are great. (Couldn’t wait to eat the scone so partially eaten scone pictured.)
