I've never NOT loved this coffee shop. The coffee is good, whoever makes their baked goods is a damn genius on flavor, and it's excellent for buying random gifts. If you have no idea what to get someone, you'll go here and find it. The people who are buyers for the shop, are also amazing. I like the staff, the energy is great, and all of their coffee shops in the valley are worth trying.

I love the Flying M in Caldwell! I live in Boise and will regularly find myself stopping by the M on my way out of town heading west because it's so charming and the employees are so great. I totally recommend it!

This place is a joke. Three employees there and only one working. You will wait a long time for a barely warm coffee. Ordered two coffees. The total was 9 dollars. Stood in line for a while waiting to only receive 1 coffee. Just go somewhere else.

I visited this location with two of my sisters. The atmosphere was outstanding! We sat at an inside table next to the street. They have a shop populated with tourist goodies as well as work by local crafters.
Their coffee drinks were outstanding! My coffee was just as good as at the Cafe Al Bacio on Celebrity cruise ships. Coffee of that quality is why we should ignore certain chain coffee houses.
They have a large selection of bakery items. I had a chocolate chip coffee cake. It tasted great. But, it was quite hard. I could see it being used by the local hockey team as a practice puck. The other members of my party were delighted with the bakery goods.
I will return soon.

The service was terrible they didn’t make our drinks right and we went to go ask to remake it they threw a fit and the communication skills were terrible. They didn’t tell us that the drinks were ready. I do not recommend this place for anyone

It’s gotten super busy the past couple years, which can dampen the vibes at times for anyone with anxieties or sensitivities. The food is good, with a fair number but not a lot of options for vegans. The drinks and service are last great! Clean bathrooms. Beautiful art, plenty of plus for chargers, they also always have flyers and info about local events, and a free fridge/pantry for the community. Only big thing I wish that was different was if they could have mostly/only local made/produced products for sale in the gift shop area!
