Me and my husband saw the smash burger tacos and were like bet. 4 tacos for $14 plus. Are you serious Freddy's? Should be $1 maybe $2 each such a rip off.

Love the freshly cooked hamburgers and fresh condiments on it every time. The burgers are always juicy with tons of flavor. I like that they allow you to add any standard condiments that you want, no extra charge. The french fries are also awesome, always fresh, hot and crispy.

We have only been to a Freddys a couple of times before this and really liked the food, especially the ice cream, custards, shakes. This time we went to the Caldwell ID Feddys and we went there twice in two days. The first time, we had excellent food (shakes, chicken and burgers). The second time, while the service was still good, our burgers were a little pink in the middle and the milkshakes were runny. Like so runny that it would have been clear to the person making them, that there was a problem with the machine (or something!) Could not even finish them!! Is a shame to pay that much money for a shake that is not edible. Just seemed like the quality control was certainly lacking today (Sunday, September25th at 1224p). I noticed someone else (previous review) said their chicken was pink, so maybe even an issue with someone not following correct cooking guidelines, which is never good for business!

This location does not sell pup patties anymore. It now costs $6 each plain unseasoned patty.

I love Freddys and come here pretty regularly and have never has an issue the food is great and so is the service. I did however found some pink in my chicken tenders tonight ): i havent had this issue before, i ended up just throwing them away this time. PSA to just check the chicken after you take a bite, hopefully this was just a one time accident

I mobile ordered my food at 7:30. Got to the store at 7:45 when the app said the order was ready, and when I got to the window they said 5 minutes. After 15 minutes they told me they couldn’t give me the order through the window and I had to go inside because they couldn’t find the order. I waited another 15 minutes inside the store. I didn’t get my ice cream and leave untill almost 8:20. Needless to say at this point I was very upset. I ordered 2 large concretes. I waited 30 minutes for 2 ice creams. But there’s more. I get home and open my bag to find that both my ice creams are not only the wrong size. I paid 20$ for 2 large concretes to receive 2 mediums, but they were both wrong aswell. Both were missing the brownies I paid extra for but my fiancés was missing the caramel and the cheesecake I had paid 2$ extra for. I am beyond upset. I called the store and the manager on duty told me I would receive a voucher in 2 days for the inconvenience but couldn’t tell me if it would pay for the 2 larges plus add ons I had paid for. The worst service I’ve ever gotten from this store.
