Steak burgers are a bit more tasty than say McDonald’s

I don't understand how this place is in business it is such a joke, crazy expensive for the smallest hamburger possible

Yes for mustard and they put way too much mustard on the burger

I ordered a standard cheeseburger from the window. When she handed it to me, I was in shock, because I wasn’t sure there was anything in the bag! I took out the burger and just stared at it. Small bun, wafer thin burger patty, a little bit of cheese- And a crap load of mustard and pickles and that’s it. They charged me $7.30 for this pathetic thing that I would expect to maybe get in a gas station! I gave them the lowest marks on everything just because I was so disgusted. Needless to say, I will never, ever go there again. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.. And I do not recommend wasting your time on this ripoff joint.

Tables needed cleaning. All I got was a sundae.

So, I guess the GM has taken a vacation. At least that was the excuse. When the cat is away, the mice don't notice what needs to be done.

Several tables were a mess. Fortunately a girl did start wiping some down as we were leaving.

Fountain Drink trays were full of ice because people were dumping their drinks since some fountain drinks were out.

My partner wanted the advertised Peppermint Oreo Shake, but they were out of Oreos for it. She asked for brownie as a substitute, but they charged her another $1 for the brownie topping.

Previous Experience one month prior: It was rough as we sat on the other side of the barrier from two young Freddy's employees and their friends and they kept banging the table as they were talking and laughing. I asked them to stop the banging on the bar under their table which was making our table shake. They said they would stop and then proceeded to keep doing it. I called them out for it again. The place was a total disaster this night. Definitely felt like a "Karen" in that moment. They left the building and went outside to talk. Kept looking at us through the window as we sat in the restaurant.

We are so thankful for this Freddy's Location. We have been coming here for years and have very rarely had issues. And when we did they were quickly resolved. Tonight the manager even came up to our two boys and offered some special Freddy's merch. Thank you for your great hospitality Freddy's

Pretty annoying when everything is shoved in one bag. Get home take everything out and notice two orders of fries missing.

I’m so sad to see this place go downhill, I used to go there all of the time when my aunts and brother worked there but my recent experience was literally the worst I’ve had in customer service 😒 there was three people that didn’t know what to do with a simple coupon, after 15 minutes we finally got that figured out and I get my food and the sandwich was COLD and not only that but both of my cheese curds were empty:( I hate being upset and complaining but man just upsetting. I brought it to the manager and all he did was literally open his jaw, DIDNT EVEN SAY IM SORRY, sat there and told me that they probably just tried splitting a large into my two regulars and then just sat there, I asked if this was like okay or what I can do to get it fixed and the man said uhm I don’t know. I was so upset and just walked away. Bring back people that care about their job.

From the drive thru: sent the vanilla PB concrete back, because we ordered it chocolate. Got home and realized there was no PB added! We paid for extra PB and zero was added. My husband said the staff seemed frazzled at the mistake and there were cars behind him. Make it correct, don't make it worse.
We have never had issues before and eat at this location often.

The Steak Burgers are different than your run-of-the-mill hamburger. I love it as a change from traditional. I'm not a fan of the shoestring fries, so I get tots instead. The service is fine and so is the atmosphere. Both are just professional level fast food.

I have to say the GM was very friendly and went above our expectations. Made sure our table was clean and brought our food out to use and keep checking on us to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The food was very fresh and fries were crispy we will definitely be back again.

We ordered a: lg #1 with tots and a soda, grilled cheese steak sandwich combo with drink, lg chocolate milkshake and med turtle concrete, as carryout. It took almost 25 minutes to get the food and we waited an additional 15 for the frozen desserts before we gave up and left without them. Place was understaffed and the kid making the shakes kept livking his fingers while making ones for other orders. Our cashier was working both the drive through and counter tills during a dinner rush. She was polite but slightly stressed out, understandably. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant. The restaurant was tidy but a few of the empty tables still had food debris from previous customers on them. Again, I believe due to improper staffing. The gentleman ahead of us in line waited a very long time before getting his food which turned out to be made incorrectly and had a finger hole poked through one of his items. According to his fairly loud complaint before he stormed out of the restaurant.
By the time we got our food home it was cold and unpalatable. My husband just threw his in the trash. So, all in all, my meal was the only one eaten and we gave up on getting our deserts. Collosal waste of time and money. Do not recommed this location until staffing changes are made and foodhandlers classes have been adhered to.
