Meat market - grocery - and great kitchen!Tacos are very cheap, only $1.75 a piece, lots of options. I tried Asada, Adobada, Chicharrone, Chorizo and Carnitas. The asada was very good, the red salsa was perfect on that one. The Adobada was delicious, Chicharrone was super good and Chorizo was great. The only one I felt was lacking was the carnitas. It was very lean and kings of bland. Might be perfect for someone adverse to too many spices as the meat was done well, it just didn't have that carnitas juicy or crispy aspects.All came with 2 tortillas, cilantro and onions, radishes, limes and a couple grilled jalapeños (just ask waitresses).It's also nice to be able to grab a cold beer with your meal. All in all a great place to grab some Tacos.

Went there for the first time this week. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Found 2 food products that I didn't expect to find, at a reasonable price. The restaurant was quite busy with local work crews.

I purchased some "chicharrones" today and asked for a pound, I immediately realized it didn't feel like a pound. I weighted the chicharrones when I got home, and it was .66 on my scale. I will be reported this to the weight and measures department. I am wondering how many Latinos have been deceived by this fraud.

The chicken I got there was very delicious. I would recommend you get the chicken there instead of Walmart for sure!

Carniceria Gallegos is the place to get the best carnitas and hot food around the Treasure Valley! The food is always fresh and the customer service is great! And to top it off this business also supports its community! The owner is very humble and kind and everytime I go there he serves his customers with pleasure.

You guys are getting lucky I put a star just so I can put a review I am so disappointed of the food and the service. I have been there on the weekends to get Carnitas and they’ve been good but this is the first time I go during the week and it was the last one I would go there The tacos of tripa were raw and chewy. They brought half of my families food first in like 20 minutes later they brought the rest of the food which is kind of disappointing since we like to eat together at the same time. I ordered Tacos the Adovada and got ground beef. Never again will I go!!!!
