I'm kinda disappointed on this human bean coffee place I got off work and I check the app see what time the store is closed its said 9 pm so I went ahead stop by and its was at 7:30 pm and the girls said they are sorry they are closed I was like I thought closed at 9pm that what its said on app store time they said they can't make drink and they are sorry that they are closed, im not happy with this place . Maybe you guys should fix the time frame on the app disappointed . I drove all the way to the human bean , what a waste of gas to drive there thanks alot human bean. I'll stick with Dutch bro coffee

I just left human bean in caldwell. Got home but as I was sipping on my coffee, I pulled a long hair from the the drinking area. Yall, this is not acceptable in 2026. Wear hair nets or something, check the supplies before using them. This is disgusting. Now I havd to throw it away because of it

We frequent this shop since we moved here recently, we’ve really been liking the bright energy drinks and had an unfortunate experience. We had one bright energy drink with strawberry, pomegranate and peach (1st pic) and another one named “lucky” that is blue raspberry, almond and we added a customization of strawberry flavoring. We received both drinks and noticed the “lucky” with strawberry looked and tasted off. We immediately went back to the shop to ask if something got missed and if we could get the drinks remade. Bad idea.. this turned into a 20 minute ordeal with the employee calling their manager to verify they could remake the drink for me, which was a NO. I was offered the option of adding more flavoring to the watered down energy drink, that the employees had taken at this point, and been waiting for over 10 minutes. This poor employee had no option besides to call their manager again but luckily the manager called back while he was talking with us about why he couldn’t fix the issue. I then was told by the employee that he would show me step-by-step of him making the drink when I just wanted a drink remade and it became a huge ordeal (3rd picture). This resulted in me sending almost 25 minutes at human being just to get to proper drinks.

I used to love coming here, the energy and people where always very nice. Then the last 2 times I’ve gone I’ve gotten sick as well as my husband. I’m not sure if it’s the cream they’re using or what but I will not be returning because of this.
I ordered a matcha latte and a burrito. This is the second time that i've been here. The first time, I had a pretty bad experience as the lady was not friendly at all. This time the staff was pretty good. But they gave me my burrito with the bottom still completely frozen. Macha looked watered down. I did not have time to turn around because I had to get to work and was already dtuck at the light. So I had to warm it up in the break room. They also didn't give me a straw. This is the last time that I will be going to this location. One time might be a fluke, but the second time shows that they have some issues with their training to work on.

I would have gave 5 stars however this location closes early the poor girl was left by herself on a holiday with 5 cars deep on both sides cars where backing up and leaving i waited 45 m8n for a drink I would have left too if I wasn't pinned in. this locations of having a tendency of doing this solo thing on Saturday afternoons as well staff more and u may find a increase in business
