This is one of the best human beans to go to. Their customer service is always great whether it's first thing in the morning at 5am or getting close to close and I've never had a drink I didn't like.
The food is just so so since this is a coffee shop. But the people are always nice and friendly. My opinion is The Human Bean is the the coffee shop around. Their coffees are consistent no matter which location you go to.
I ordered a matcha latte and a burrito. This is the second time that i've been here. The first time, I had a pretty bad experience as the lady was not friendly at all. This time the staff was pretty good. But they gave me my burrito with the bottom still completely frozen. Macha looked watered down.
