My steak was cooked perfectly. Medium rare is so easy to get wrong or overcook but it was absolutely perfect! Dahlia was our server and she was so sweet and was amazing at anticipating needs; refilling our drinks before we had to ask, asking us if we wanted things like fry sauce before we could even think of it. Going at 4:30 in the evening helped to ensure a calm and welcoming dinner like setting rather than a bar. We throughly enjoyed our time there!
Absolutely awesome small town steakhouse, you never know what you'll get, could walk in on a food challenge, or you could run into a celeb while just enjoying a nicely cooked steak with live music, the vibes are immaculate and the staff is always so kind to me whenever I come in, always feel welcome and would recommend to anyone.
We came here dor our 1st time yesterday, a little weary because of the hit and miss reviews. We ordered thr porterhouse and wagu and it was absolutely amazing! Thr wagu was hig and the best steak ove probably ever had in my life (and ive had a lot of steak) The fried potatoes were great and we enjoyed the crisp salad and fry bread. My only 2 suggestions I have: we came at about 1pm and I don't think the beans were done. They were still a little hard like they didn't...
