Food was delivered super fast, food was hot but, the fries were kind of mushy instead of lightly crispy. The last time I ate at this particular one I ordered two tacos as well as my brother did the same and they all came out cold. So, they have made improvements. Soda machine seems very high in carbonated water verses soda syrup. (I have since eaten here twice and it has been fantastic!)
Horrible food and Horrible service. The food was extremely greasy and cold...I don't know how this location is still in business. We will not be back.

The Caldwell, Idaho store is our usual go to. Ordered spicy chicken sandwiches meals. Got home to eat. Chicken on sandwiches was as hard as rocks, left to long in fryer. Tried to call the # on receipt no one answered. Tried to call 5 different times, never an answer. Not driving 16 miles to return chicken, hoping this was a once off. Curly fries were great!

Went through the drive through last night at this Jack in the box. And it took these people 3 tries to get my very simple order of a bacon breakfast jack correct. And then they acted like it was my fault that they got my order wrong twice before they got it right. Definitely Won't be back to this Jack in the box.

My husband has been treated poorly by the female worker at night EVERY TIME. We refuse to go there anymore after tonight. She takes forever to do orders and is very rude. Tonight roughly 10:30pm 10/20/24 I asked him to just stop since it's on the way home and he pulled up to the order box to be treated rudely immediately. He had only asked for the meal and was in the middle of asking for there to be no condiments when she cut him off. When he tried to specify she cut him off again and told him to wait. He waited almost 5 minutes and gave up when a car honked at him. He pulled forward to leave but there was a truck at the window. After waiting a few minutes the truck peeled out without receiving anything. They then pulled forward around the parking lot and the female worker was just sitting in her car!? Seriously she needs to be fired after months of being horrible to customers. UPDATE: There was 10 or so cars waiting in line when he left, the same jerk who honked at him sitting at the box.

Just doordashed the new halloween special milkshake that came out we spent over 7 dollars for it just for it to have no oreos, no whip cream, no cherries nothing. Just a plain vanilla shake, very disappointed at the service tonight.
