I went and asked for pepper jack cheese, they told me they don’t have that but they do have Swiss cheese and so I ask for Swiss cheese and then I don’t get it on my burger 😂
I pulled up around 3:30 am. Usually you have to wait a but for your meal to get prepared. Ordered the bacon/swiss/mushroom combo with 3 egg rolls. Only took a couple minutes to get my food should've known something was up. I've never had a problem with this location so I didn't check my food. Got home. No swiss mushroom burger. Single patty with lettuce and tomato...smashed...The fries were ok except for the 2 burned mini tacos packed inside. The picture of the egg rolls speak for themselves. Next time I'll drive the 150 extra feet and go yo Carls Jr. One good thing...the drink was right...🫤

I could get better food quality from a child, I paid for this food to get a completely burnt bun, every time I go to this location they do something but this is not okay I just got off of work I bought a meal to have jack in the box charge me 10 dollars for a burger with a burnt bun.

They never get anything right there or any of them for that matter, I ask for well done and it's never done the way I want or I just get something completely different. The should get people that actually know what they are doing and do it right the first time. For what we pay it should be right every time, if I want fresh hot fries then that's exactly what I should get.

Their sign says 24hrs and puts a sign on the screen saying there system does not work waited 15 minutes for them to help us at the window girl comes after us honking to see if there closed or system is just down she answered the systems down instead of being closed. There’s a full line after we get in the McDonald’s lane and they are receiving food, night shift employees completely dissatisfied usually are midnight snack after an event very upsetting

This is the 3rd time I've ordered loaded tiny Taco and there not loaded there's barely any cheese in them. I think portion size should be looked at this store!!

We went through the drive thru, and we had to repeat our order several times. Which happens sometimes, but we got to the window, and the order was still wrong. The employee at the window said like 2 words to us. Not friendly or service oriented. I was not expecting 5 star service, but this was pretty bad. We got their double and triple burger meal deals. I usually really like Jack in the box burgers, these were meh at best.

Stopped by to grab some lunch. I asked and ordered off the munchie board to be told no, I had to order a meal to get those items. So I ordered a meal, then requested the mozzarella sticks to be told no again. It's a munchy meal item only which made no sense. As I had just tried to order it for the munchie meals, I requested curly fries and ordered an additional curly fry and received 2 regular fries. On top of that found multiple piece of female hair in both fries. My burger was still partially frozen. They never gave my receipt or sauces. We sat at the window, but the gals never came back. We got fed up and left. From the time we tried to order all the way to the window, the employees were messing around pushing each other out the kitchen door and locking people outside messing around. No wonder why my order was messed up. This event happened around 12:45pm on 10/08/25. This location should be shut down. No restaurant should be serving undercooked and contaminated food. And if a customer is trying to get ur attention, it's best to stop messing around because there was a serious issue with my order and service was refused. So the food went into the trash and paid $25 for a large drink what an absolute joke I get times are tough for restaurants but this place is gonna get someone extremely sick with today's shift

October 7 2025 I had a bad experience with the night shift. We had ordered 3 shakes and none of them where blended right.. when we asked her if she can blended right she got a attitude and got mad if I wanted vanilla shakes, I would have asked for vanilla, I ordered chocolate and strawberry and they were not blended. Also 3 item we're missing and she also got mad about that lady.If you don't like your job , then quit.. we also kept telling her sorry about asking her to blended right but even so she was still mad.. so I think this place needs to do better 🤔

Adaline was our order taker, she was incredible, attentive, quick to respond and had a smile on her face through the entire interaction. Will be back late night for service from her :) Oct 3rd 8-9 pm ish ❤️

Staff is extremely rude. Took forever and the eggs were burnt and gross. They forgot the hashbrown so we went back through to ask for it and they argued with us about it. Will not be back to this location.

They definitely could do better. They're service has really went downhill in the last year or so.
If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my dad showed up at 2 am after a long and late haul. We were towing a big trailer so we couldn’t go through drive thru and we had cash so we couldn’t use the app. After going inside (because the doors were unlocked and open) we go up to the front desk and place an order on the self serve screen. After sitting and waiting about 10 minutes for our food some rude little unprofessional girl comes out saying “I can’t have you in my lobby” we proceed to tell her our problem and she just says “ya I can’t have you in my lobby you didn’t place a order you have to go through drive thru or order on the app” we show her our receipt and says “ya you didn’t order anything or pay for anything” because we clicked pay cash and it told us to wait for a employee to take our payment. We didn’t want to argue with this rude little girl so we just left. The place may look nice on the outside, but these workers are lazy and unprofessional.
