JUST GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE ROAD!!! Went to this location two weeks ago and spent $40 dollars on food, was told to pull around since they were out of fries so I did. Got my food and not only were ALL FOUR orders of fries cold and stale, they forgot one of the drinks. Went through the app for a refund and was ignored for a week after receiving an email saying someone would reach out to me, until i told them in their survey email no one had reached out. They decided to give me a $20 off coupon instead of refunding me....okay fine....

Go to use it today on an order that I had delivered and paid delivery fees for. Wrong order of fries and my shake wasn't there!!! Had to call multiple times to get someone to answer, long story short, i have to go in for a refund and get the correct order..... I do, and the woman who helped me was condescending when I stated who I was and why I was there, refused to look at my receipt for order total or my actual order (despite asking to see it!!).

Turns out they didn't have the stuff to make the shake I wanted and I guess decided to just not contact me about it. Had to repeat my order TWICE because she wouldn't write it down or put it into the register, then she STILL GETS MY ORDER WRONG. Repeated it for the THIRD TIME and she finally got it. Will not be going here again and you shouldn't either!

We went in and weren’t greeted, waited to have our order taken but seemed as if we were ignored. Decided to order using the kiosk. Waited a short time and our order was called. Asked for a couple more syrups and given them. I said thank you and the girl didn’t even say anything! Terrible customer service and on top of that, our food wasn’t even hot!

Ordered a burger combo, asked for them to remove pickles and add lettuce which was an additional charge, they handed me the burger as it comes, WITH PICKLES ON IT STILL. So they may be extremely friendly with good service, but for the love god check your food before you leave because they won’t hand you a receipt to get your refund! I’ll be sure to repeat myself next time!

It was horrible service. The girl at the window was so annoyed because I asked for sauce she got so upset about it and then we had ordered a large drink she was upset cuz I told her the drink was wrong. Just really bad service. I got the sausage egg scrambler with the hash brown and it made me so sick. I had to go home and vomit because it didn't taste right at first and then the hash brown was really old and tasted like old grease and it was cold and it just made me really really sick. And this is the third time that I've been there where the service in the morning especially early morning at 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. is horrible with these young people. They're just really unprofessional and treat you really bad. I will never return to this Jack in the box again. I don't care if I have to travel all the way to Nampa. It's just horrible service. Horrible food. The food's always cold, especially the fries. The curly fries. It's like they just leave it set and give you old food. It's never fresh The only person that has ever been nice to us. There is an older lady that usually runs the window in the morning but she wasn't there today. They really need to change staff who really want to work there and they really need to cook the food to order. Not give you old food that's been laying there for 5 or 6 hours

I went to Jack in The box here on ustick.
I rarely eat here and when I do something's usually off.
Today I ordered a jumbo Jack no cheese curly fries grande root beer with light ice.
At the mic and window I asked for fresh fries. Both times I was given fries from the same batch which were crunchy hard and not curly fries this was the end of the batch.
I do not want crunchy I want soft that's what I pay for.
I simply stated that the oil might need changed out and not the second fries they gave me were also looking like they were from the same batch. So I waited again for the window the third time and ask for napkins oh actually I didn't get napkins at all I asked for ranch.
The lady was polite but I could tell I was being ignored.
The meal was not satisfying due to the dry burger after asking for extra sauce and fries that sat in oil to long or were not handled correctly and broke.

Only giving them a 1 since I can't give them a HUGE FAT zero. I ordered a number 1 and got home way across town to find out my burger was not only wrong but cold and the onions looked disgusting. I am assuming they didn't know how to cut onions or too lazy to cut them the right way. My fries tasted like they say under a warmer for a long time. I called to tell them I had the wrong burger . They kept saying did you order egg rolls. NOPE. Learn to make peoples food to what you would or would not eat.

This jack in the box deserves zero stars. We asked for extra ranch, ended up with none in our bag, went in and asked for some, and got the rudest response. You guys need workers who wake up on the right side of the bed.
