Did delivery which was fine but food was worst I've had in a very long time. In short burgers and fries soggy, as thrown together and laying around for a long time. Over charged for what got. Don't have a zero rating available or would've got!

Overall good experience for late night food. Very surprised by this Jack in the box. Fresh fries, burger wasn’t a mess and the mini churros were fresh not just reheated. Best part was the people working (Nov 7, 2024 3:00AM) were very polite and nice.

Very different scenario. I used the mobile app to order food and because of my previous traveling it sent my order 815 miles from where I was. The store at ustic and the Blvd in Caldwell s staff handled my problem with class . Management honored my order and served my food right away. I honestly wish more companies had such an efficient staff. Thanks you all.

If you want jack in the box save yourself the time and go to a different location. Went through their drive through and got the chicken Parmesan wings. They pulled us around the building and when they gave us the food our chicken, burger, and fries were cold. Also failed to listen to what sauces were preferred. Will never go to this location again.
Hello I just ordered from this location a bacon ultimate chicken strips and a meat lover burrito when I came home to eat the food there was no burrito in the bacon and I was looking forward to the burrito tried calling a few times no response wasted time and money to have food missing

i dont normally go to jack in the box but i was hungry when i got off work but the girls that were working at the drive through were really nice and they got my food out quicker than i expected. they even listened to me when i said no ketchup on my burger
