Long wait for 1 sandwich, but staff lead noticed this and compensated us for the delay, so that was nice!

We ordered a large order at 2:20 with a pick up time at 3:00. There are two people making sandwiches and the place is non stop busy. We finally got our order at 3:20.

Walked in to a customer complaining loudly. Observed a crew that was moving at a snails pace and not very attentive to there surroundings. Spent $70 just to find out one sandwich all the meat on one side and the portion light, forgot lettuce. Second sandwich asked for no Mayo and still got mayo. Ironically they labeled all wrapped sandwiches as #8 that was incorrect. I carefully fact checked my receipt and order. I placed the order correctly. They did not deliver. Maybe sometime later the crew will be better, but today was sad.

Love Jersey Mike's. Sandwiches are so so good. My favorite is #3 the ham and Swiss.

Came in for a quick sub for my son. He has a wrestling match and needed food. The staff was beyond pleasant! Like out of the way amazing! This southern girl was LOVING the southern hospitality!

Jersey Mike's is awesome. However today I encountered something I'd previously not. Placed a Mobile order on the app which was to be ready in about 20 minutes. Well about 45 minutes later my order was ready along with a bunch of other people. The store was under staffed, 2 workers with 1 working the grill & what appeared to be a manager that seemed to be more concerned with paperwork than customers thus Mobile & in store orders were backed up. Never have I had this type of service before at ANY Jersey Mike's. And I had requested extra Onions & Red Wine Vinegar which my sandwiches did not have. But considering the circumstances I'm not holding it against the young man making my sandwiches.
But this will not prevent me from enjoying another Jersey Mike's. This is the 2nd SNAFU by this store in about a year so let's hope it doesn't happen again.

This place sucks! Nobody says anything when you walk in and all the employees are pissed off and ignore everyone in the store. The bread and lettuce mess gets tossed right back into the lettuce container to go on the next sandwich. Can't tell me that is sanitary. If you hate your job so much just quit! Do the favor to the customers and work somewhere else where you don't need to have "customer service" skills.

Female worker on 10-27-2024 was incredibly rude. Bread was cut unevenly so sandwich was soggy. Lettuce was BROWN !! Jersey Mike's is usually good...not today :(
