Parking was terrible. the staff member i had to deal with was incredibly unprofessional, and rude. Worst part is im pretty sure the staff member was a manager. She was demanding the other employees do things. And just kind of rude to everyone. I definitely will not go back to this location.

Overall the experience was decent but I felt so bad for the ladies serving us the sun was just beaming on them. District needs to install a sunshade in this building. You can't sit down to eat without getting a headache and I was wearing my sunglasses. Not only.is it unsafe for it to be blinding your employees but it makes the atmosphere awful to be in which is sad because I love Jersey Mike's. PLEASE INSTALL SUN SHADES!!!!! FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BUT MOST OF ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!
