Jersey Mike's is my favorite new place to eat. I LOVE their sandwiches. I must admit though that the service at the Caldwell location is just not good yet. I go here at least twice a week. I always order online. And...I have NEVER had a sandwich that was ready when they said it would be. I don't know if they still are learning but it just seems like they are always an employee short. No matter the time of day. The nice thing is that the sandwiches are so good that I keep ignoring the bad, slow service. Best Philly Cheese in the valley.

As someone who rarely complains or writes negative reviews, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the local Jersey Mike's. My excitement about having this establishment close to our home quickly turned to frustration when I experienced an over 45-minute wait for a single sandwich, without any explanation or apology from the staff. This lack of communication and efficiency is unacceptable. Sadly, despite its convenient location, we've decided not to return.
