The staff of super friendly and were quick to greet and wait on me. The drip coffee was so refreshing!! The shop is the cutest! I love all the homages paid to times past. Well done!

Popped in on my day off after taking my kiddos to school, snagged a White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha and some pumpkin bread. Delicious and incredibly nice staff. The atmosphere and decor is top notch. Thrilled I found a nice coffee shop! Lots of seating and they have a drive through!!!

I went in today to get an iced coffee and a drink, and was in a very good mood. No problems greeted with a smile and started it out as good as any time I’ve ever gone in there which is about once a week sometimes twice. When I ordered a guru drink, she asked which one I said the one in the Orange can she’s like well like we have two that are kind of orange Which flavors and I could not tell by the side of the can that was facing the glass with the flavors were, I walked around the glass case, and she started yelling at me, which almost made me decide to leave without taking my order. But decided against it as I didn’t know what was happening in that young lady’s life and give her the benefit of the doubt. She ran my card. I was prepared to give a tip. She never gave me the receipt. just acted very upset. I apologized three times I said I’m sorry I did not realize I crossed the line. Please forgive me I said, and then she just said here’s your drink and set it on the counter and turned and walked Away. Unfortunately, the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop. And there are so many coffee shops around I have nine children, and we usually order multiple drinks and I am a heavy tipper and I am not tipping and did not tip today and will not be back in that establishment. Sorry to say.

Not too happy about my visit today. The iced Mexican Mocha I ordere came with a layer of unmixed cinnamon on the bottom, which was very unpleasant to drink.

Love it here! It's my new favorite place and I'm obsessed with the PBJ smoothie! My only wish is that the power smoothies came in a 24oz option. The baked goods are great and I love any place that has a punch card system!

Beware of this location. One day you buy your normal coffee and the next day they change ingredients like the syrup without telling you. This is inconsistent and disgusting. A waste of money on what is touted to be a premium drink.

Every employee makes their drinks differently, so depending on who you get that day, your drink will taste different.

The paying customer deserves to know when you’re incapable of making their drinks like normal. Yet another poor reflection of leadership. They DO NOT care about the customer.

This replacement syrup they use is so bad I’d quit drinking coffee all together if that’s all they had to offer. I want my money back

Watress w long dark hair was so helpful. Prior to enjoying great selection of coffee we found abandoned baby kiten. Waitress came out immediately asking and providing help for us and kitten. Happy ending!

Don’t know why or how this place went down hill so fast but terrible customer service. Very rude and impatient. Not going back
