KFC CALDWELL IDAHO could check drive up orders before you give them out. have went through drive up three times and threw times they have messed up the order. Tonight was put in an order for four piece tender meal. asked for coleslaw as the side. Got home and I had four pieces of chicken. that's all, so that's all for this poor excuse of a company.
staff is NOT friendly.
staff makes you pull around to front and wait, even when the restaurant and drive thru have no customers.
good luck keeping the caldwell idaho store in business
I will not spend one more penny at this store
this place is horrible!! food cold, you ask an employee and they are either wearing ear phones listening to music and ha e to take them out of their hear to hear you or there were 3 employees playing in their phones. I asked the young manager if that is normal and she said yes at times!!!!, What... and how much money do they make? who ever manages/owns this place.. get a clue and get control of these people working there. this is where they will learn to have work ethics for...read full review
