Emilia's Cornucopia /LCMR Co. has great food. It is a cute little restaurant attached to a Mexican market in downtown Caldwell. The family that runs it is the nicest, most generous, and hardworking family. They are very welcoming. The restaurant has unique menus, and they give back to the community. The birria noodles were top notch, and the quesabirria was on a homemade corn tortilla and super delicious. The carne asada tacos were full of tender and yummy meat. For the amount of food, it is worth the price point. The meat is succulent, and even the portions on the rice and beans are massive. The food is amazing with great portions. People will definitely be back.
