Mario has his menu dialed in! Quesobirria so good that he often sells out. Crisp ice cold horchata. Salsa so SPICY it will make you consider the meta-physical properties of the pepper. Every single thing we've ordered has been absolutely delicious! Mario is always swift, and works hard! He also has a pager system so you can comfortably cozy up in your car or walk the dog at the nearby creek while you wait for your food.
Been to Mario's three nights this week...so there you have it. Nuff said.

Went there for just a quesabirria and I got the driest I've ever gotten. It wasn't even dipped in the sauce, wasn't even grilled, it was like old tortillas all dried up... Was VERY discouraging cause I brag about you guys to everyone and then this happened... I don't know if it was cause I'm white and by myself without my husband so you thought I wouldn't know, but I'm a fat girl and I know all about the quesabirrias all over the town. I hope If I ever go there again it does not happen to me, nor anybody else that I send over there because of how much I brag about you guys, shame on the older man for thinking he could get away with that and if that was Mario even more of a shame! It is hands down my favorite place around Caldwell now but that set me off bad waiting to get home and eat my lunch to see that.. I couldn't even eat it.

My husband and I were originally gonna go to Tacos Del Rey to get some ma and pa mexican food, but they were closed. We decided to check this place out since it was close and still opened and omg! The food was super delicious and their salsas are incredible! Their Guacamole salsa reminded me of the tacos from Tijuana! We will definitely be back for more!
