I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Star McDonald's recently. After waiting over 15 minutes to pick up my mobile order, they handed me the wrong food at the drive-thru. When I pointed this out, they took the incorrect order back, threw it on the floor, picked it up, and then served it to the next vehicle! This is without a doubt the worst McDonald’s in the continental United States. The food is never hot or fast. When they forget items, not even an apology, hand it to you not even in a bag. Act like it’s a complete inconvenience to put in a bag when asked. I would close the restaurant and fire every employee and start over somewhere else because these employees don’t care about the customers, the Quality for the food.
