Used my reward for a free whopper then they asked me if I wanted fries and a drink stated yes they added as a meal took my 1000 points and still charged me the full meal told them and yet didn’t care to help lunch break wasn’t going to waste time if they didn’t care to help in the first place.

I like this McDonald's. Fries are usually hot and they are fast. We've even doordash and gotten hot fries. Important! As fries are hard to re-warm, lol! Just not the same! This visit was good as usual. We went through the drive through. The hamburger was great, same with the spicy chicken sandwich. My complaint here is that we got half order of fries in the box! Did they come up short and not want us to wait as they cooked? Lol! As expensive as fast food has gotten, please don't short people because of laziness. I'd rather wait than be shorted.

I am a delivery driver. I told the customer’s name to the employee and waited for more than 10 minutes for it ti get ready after 10 minutes the rude employee told me she didn’t have the order. Very rude and unprofessional older lady employee

Had a bad experience with the store. I ordered at 11:25 online, paid for it and then went to the store to just pick it up and ended up with my order at 1. First I went inside to pickup and was told it wasn’t ready that the order didn’t exist when I was already charged and the app said it was ready to be picked up, went back to doble check my order and make sure it was already and again was told it didn’t exist. Couldn’t cancel it because it was supposed to be “ready “.Had to get at the window and speak with someone else and get told that it was ready but the just didn’t have an item and had to change it. Ended up with a cold meal and eating late. Honestly I don’t think I would go back to that place.

It’s a McDonald’s with a play place and it’s clear that they know they don’t need to try any harder than that. We ordered a hamburger happy meal, McDouble meal, and a burger. When they brought out the food, the happy meal was missing the burger and the toy, had the nuggets from the McDouble meal, there was no burger and there were no drinks. After a series of four trips to the counter, we got almost everything sorted, except the burger, which ended up also being a McDouble with none of the things that come on a McDouble (cheese ketchup pickles onions) and instead, it had bacon, mayo, and light lettuce and, was “well done” which I didn’t know was an option, not did I know a McDonald’s burger patty could get drier…but it can. And unfortunately, this was a good night for this restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: They have a good play place, which is a rarity, and the only think keeping this location afloat.

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered two McChickens and two Mcdoubles. We were told to pull around front. Finding a parking place was a challenge. It wasn't until we noticed everyone who went through the drive-thru, was trying to find a parking spot and the parking lot was filling up fast. One woman said she had only ordered a small fry. Finally a woman brought out the food. It was barely warm. My husband went inside to find out what was going on. There were two women working, neither one could say who was the supervisor, or at least someone who was in charge. When my husband questioned the women he was told the food was brought to him. My husband asked what he should do if our food was cold. Needless to say, our money was refunded, and we left that chaos hungry.
