HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Today our order was done wrong twice. Staff other than one lady very unhelpful. Food quality was horrible. Butter was frozen solid so couldn’t use it, pancakes and eggs weren’t hot, hash browns were old and hard with no salt, and the egg was like rubber.

Stopped for a Grinch meal, they were gone but still had the Grinch Salt. We tried it, my kids thought it was fun. The manager was engaged and came out to check on us. Great customer service.

They make me wait 20mins at curbside finally after 15mins they come out with it and they are missing a fillet of fish. I come inside to get the missing fillet of fish and they have no one talking to the customers in the lobby. Maybe understaffed but common sense to take care of all customers and not just worry about drive thru all the time.

In drive thru. They screwed up orders. Customer Ahead of us got wrong order to pay, which was my order, I was told to go to number 2 window. No one there. Went inside to get my food. French fries were cold and stale. I won't be back to the 10th Ave McDonald's in Caldwell, ID

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this restaurant and delivery. Ordered food at 11:45. Got the wrong order by 12:00. Ordered again and paid again, got the same food from the original order at 12:50. I got an hour old food that I paid twice for and they didn’t remake the order and gave me the old and cold food. Terrible service.

Every time we go to this McDonald’s our order is wrong, the fries are always soggy, and the burgers look like it was literally thrown.

Their response to fill out a customer service complaint of ridiculous because they don’t do anything when those are filled out.

This is just stupid I even drove 10 more mins to go to this one but the staff Anna was quite rude I asked for a substitute the small for the McChicken meals into a medium and said she couldn’t do that so I say okay that’s fine but when I pull up to the window she tells me she’s out of small cups BUT TELL ME WHY SHE DIDNT JUST FILL IT UP ITS ALL THE SAME PRICE! I’m so tired of these workers like just fill up the cup, stingy people also got our food cold but took forever to get it WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE I can’t with these McDonalds people anymore!!! I want what i pay for!

The morning crew are just not professional they can't understand you ever and make you wait to order without greeting. Then I was told to move forward out of the drive through before I could check my order. Manager tossed my card back at me and said nothing. Terrible McDonald's staff

Why is ketchup-only so hard to get right? I don't have this problem at any other burger place.

Ordered a medium frappe, got it in a broken cup, so we swung back around to get a new cup. Instead of just giving us a new cup right there we had to pull around and wait for them to poor it into a small cup and wrap a medium around it. The lady at the window said I would be getting a new one, so that’s why I had to pull around, but clearly that did not happen and I still had to wait around on them while they had only one other car in the drive through that was behind me before.

Came in order a big mac combo and a side of chicken strips. Everything was at room temperature. I Did not get my big Mac insteadI got a four piece nugget. The manager Schiff, instead of taking the blame, she pushed to blame off onto her new employees.That is a common tacted that managers use when they do not want to take accountability. She also stated that all the managers were there on shift.So how in the hell do you let that food go out without checking for correctness. This mcdonald's seems to have a high turnover rate and no training whatsoever.

Cashier doesn't feel the need to be at the window He says to pull up to while other employees standing on their phones. Takes payment from two other customers leaves me sitting in drive thru. I don't see why McDonald's feels the need to hire children to run their business.
