Stopped for a Grinch meal, they were gone but still had the Grinch Salt. We tried it, my kids thought it was fun. The manager was engaged and came out to check on us. Great customer service.
December 2025
Ordered a medium frappe, got it in a broken cup, so we swung back around to get a new cup. Instead of just giving us a new cup right there we had to pull around and wait for them to poor it into a small cup and wrap a medium around it. The lady at the window said I would be getting a new one, so that’s why I had to pull around, but clearly that did not happen and I still had to wait around on them while they had only one other car in the drive through that was behind me before.

I never really have any problems with the food at this location but would it kill you guys to give people a decent amount of sauce? So many times now I've asked for ketchup, sweet and sour, etc. they'll say it's in the bag and surprise surprise, they'll give you literally 1 thing of it. Just throw in a few, there's no reason to hoard them.
