The person I spoke to alondra. Her customer service is awful I just wanted to ask for my teriyaki an sweet an sour because I never get it I always put it in an I only get one out of 4 not a big deal that's why I called to make sure but I'll just get my food somewhere else from now on

Gave my order and some how they lost it or gave it to someone else then after standing in front of the casher for 5 minutes I asked for my food and the cashier was rude and says she just goes in the order they come so I siad you've served 2 people that were after me and she said she had no idea where my order was and didn't offer to get me a new one so I left

First of all all the trays are empty they take like 10 orders at a time they make you wait and then there running like chickens with out a head trying to figure out who's oder who's. And you can barely understand the workers and what they are saying cherry on top poor customer service...
Honestly best experience. There was a wait, but the manager was moving quick and was so nice to all her employees in a high stress environment. The place was very clean as well.

Finally tried this location after living in the area for two years since word of mouth is it’s no good. Turns out I should have listened to my friends and coworkers. I got a bigger plate but the chow mein was less than half full, my Beijing beef was so dry and hard that I couldn’t eat it, and instead of the other 2 sides being a double order of orange chicken that was half filled as well. I paid for more food and got less than the regular plate. There’s also a funny aftertaste to the chow mein. It also took about 5 minutes for any employee to even acknowledge me standing by the register and there was 1 other customer in the whole place. This was between lunch and dinner times

Came in and placed my order. Took a little over 45 minutes for them to make one needed item for my order (was the broccoli) and during the wait, they gave the eggrolls they put with my waiting order to another customer that ordered after me so I had to wait for those to be made too. The food ended up making us sick so the place may be contaminated. Will not be going back.

Takeout, this place is never on time. If you order takeout plan on waiting and extra 20 minutes.

My wife accidently did 2 online orders. The manager was so busy since it was Christmas eve. She said she would have to call me back. She did and made sure the refund was completed. Good service!

Save your time and go to a different Panda Express. You never know what you're going to get at this place and I hate to say that 90% of the time you're going to get a negative experience. The staff doesn't act as a team but, rather, separate people. The only thing they have in common is the team manager that yells at them in front of the customers making everything awkward. It doesn't help that the staff talks bad of one another and no one is willing to go out of their way to make things easier / run smooth. I have gone there several times as it's convenient but I really wish there was another Panda. Sometimes you are in and out within 10 - 15 minutes but that is ONLY when there is less than 3 customers in line. The second they have 3+ or a rush, everything falls apart. Online orders, Door Dash, and pickups get ignored to the point there's a crowd of them trauma bonding off to the right, all while the staff acts like they don't exist. If their order is done, they don't bag the food and leave it out to get cold, only acknowledging it when a customer says something. They then proceed to be confused and push all blame onto everyone else, including the customer. The people who wait in line will be waiting for 30 minutes before reaching the counter where they are guaranteed another 10 - 15 minute wait as they wait for the food to be prepared as the staff is never up to date on what foods they have to be cooking and what is running low. One lady waited 45 minutes for a plate of food. Another was given the wrong order and he had to wait 10 minutes for them to get the order right as they kept ignoring him. The manager had an argument with a customer who waited 30 minutes AFTER their order was supposed to be done and the manager blamed them for placing the order and said they had a thousand and one things to do, basically saying the customer is not their priority. On top of that the manager will ignore customers who are trying to get their attention and they are openly angry. One worker said "I'm not thinking about it" when an online order customer asked when their order will be done. I could say a thousand and one more things.

Tables are sticky AF. That means you're using rags that are in cold, dirty water lacking any soap. I need to wash my phone case. The table was so grimy and sticky. If Corporate wants more stars, they need to start writing up violations of failure to follow procedure - every one, even the managers (general, area, district, and regional).

I have had alot of problems with this location. Everytime I order for pick up it says my order will be ready at a specific time. I always end up waiting in the restaurant for anywhere between 25 mins to an hour to get my food. Usually everything I ordered is there so i didnt think to check. But tonight I am missing half my order.

Super unhappy honestly, I have never gone in and had such a bad experience. The girl serving us obviously didn’t want to be there. Have us Both a half scoop of our meats and gave attitude when we asked if we could have drinks. I have never been served that small of a portion of meat at any location with my bowls. My boyfriend’s bowl got more broccoli than beef in his half scoop. The fact that my favorite location has me the most upset. I never write reviews and I’m upset enough to write this. Get your crap together Panda. Don’t go into work if you are going to be rude and underserved your customers. Spent $30 just to be unsatisfied
