This place always takes forever even if you order 20 minutes ahead. Always rude doordashers who cut in front of you and don’t speak an ounce of English.

The waits times are awful half hour waiting to get my food

Completely unorganized and after we had paid for our order and watch customers get refunds because of the weight we waited another 25 minutes before our order came up and our sides were soggy when we got it home as they had put everything under a heat lamp until one item was ready. Will not return 👎👎👎👎

I ordered a medium and a small side with points I had. I got home and they gave me two smalls instead. The sticker litterly says medium on the top to close it. The second was was also mainly veggies so even less protein then I needed. All in all VERY disappointing. I may just make the drive to go to ontario or namoa because this doesnt happen there.

There were 7 people in front of me on the line. I've been here for 30 minutes and they've only helped 2 people so far. Staff is more worried for serving online orders than helping people standing in line. This place is clearly understaffed and management is not directing what employees should be doing. Now there's about 20 people behind me in the line. This is the third time I come to this store in the last 3 month and it is always the same, that's what made me write this bad review. STORE OWNER: Please look after your store and the managers you have running it in the evening shift!!

Every time I buy food here, the cashier asks if I want to donate money to a hospital or to children. I don’t believe this should be the customer’s responsibility. If the restaurant wants to donate, it should do so directly instead of asking customers at checkout.

This kind of question can put customers in an awkward position, because some people feel uncomfortable saying no. I really don’t understand why the restaurant does this, and I hope you can consider stopping this practice.

They literally messed up our whole order. They gave us a plate with only chow mein and without any meat. Gave us shrimp that is really bad. And the fry cook had the worst attitude ever.

As a doordash driver, and a customer i can say this is the best panda ive ever visited. Employee Mason and the rest of the staff keep this location running like a finely tuned machine. If you want hot, fresh, quickly served food, this is your bet.

I ordered on the app for my lunch at work. Said it would be done at 7:50pm my husband got it for me so I wouldn't waste my 30 mins. Well it was about 20 mins late! I was so upset that I didn't have time to eat my food. The person my husband talk to didn't care and said the food wasn't done. But why did it say in the app that it was done? Dont make sense. So im not going to be using there app any more. Probably won't go in as much now. It's not the first time either.

It's Friday night and this place is busy. The staff are making online orders a priority instead of the people that decide to come to eat at the restauran. The line of people wraps around from the ordering counter to the back door. There are mire than 25 people waiting to place an order. Online orders are tge ataffs priority. Have been waiting for over 15 minutes to get to place my order. Horrible.

Super Greens are now cooked when ordered. I preferred them to sit under the light for a long time and cook more as I don't like raw broccoli and they always undercook them even when you ask them to overcook them. The other items are good as normal. This location is slowly getting worse, like most Panda locations.
