I love Panda but this was literally the worst panda I've ever been to. They were literally out of everything and when I said I'd wait for them to make more they acted like I was inconveniencing them greatly but they literally had next to nothing cooked. Talk about being unprepared for any customers! I will never ever take my family back to this panda ever again and not because they had like no food prepared but because they were so RUDE!!!

Came in on Saturday around 7:30. They were super busy. The customer service was awesome even was the craziness. The store looked clean from what I saw.
They skimp big time on the meat. Had a double order of mushroom chicken and got 5 small pieces of chicken in it. This place is lame and has really changed. If you're a vegetarian then this place is for you, but if you want meat or chicken with your food don't go here cause you will get nothing with your order.

The staff at this particular Panda Express restaurant were very rude and quite incompetent. I was handed two wrong orders before they gave me the correct order. The staff wouldn’t let me add things to my order that didn’t go through on the mobile app where I had ordered and were extremely rude when I asked questions about it and about the app. The staff also had my meal prepared and after waiting for 20 minutes, and receiving the wrong order twice I finally got my meal and once I started eating it, it was cold and they wouldn’t give me fresh food after. Above all the staff were horrible and I won’t be going to this store ever again.
I used a 3rd party delivery service, so I can't rate the atmosphere.However, my meal arrived without the orange chicken and they didn't reach out to me, just sent an unfinished meal and charged me the full

The worst location I've ever been through. There's two people in line before us and so focused on closing and talking to friends it took over 30 mins we got there at 9:15 and for a small bowl and a plate of things that were already made and out on the line over 30 mins and super rude. Then after saying order three times tried to plate the wrong order. Like how?! Honestly how?

Horrible. Staff treats you like you don't exist. Got my food but had to wait for entree that was missing from my order. But when I asked I felt like I was bugging them. What was funny is the manager was sitting down not paying attention to anything in the store. So I guess it starts there. I like panada express but I won't come back to this location. Horrible customer service

Slowest service ever, friendly, food good, but super slow.
Worker was rude to my wife and I could hear it all over the phone. My wife managed to get a picture of the worker. Customer service was not displayed by this woman. If you’re that angry about doing your job than QUIT. There’s no need for you to be rude because you feel like it. Also practice patience there’s no need to for you to display your feelings out on customers. Fortune cookie enough said about this experience.
