I order online and either pick up or have delivery. I live 2.2 miles away from the store. Sometimes it's pretty good; sometimes it's not good at all. Tonight, my pizza was the most wrong it could be. Called manager, he I offered redelivery with correct order, or credit with the store. I chose tedelivery, because I'm starving and the pizza I had received first, had ingredients I'm allergic to. I was told 20 to 30 minutes, but it's been an hour and it's still not here. 2.2 miles away.

Understaffed, waited 20 minutes longer in line to get my pizza. No updates on the app for heads up. That would definitely be helpful instead of standing outside. But overall great staff and the food was excellent

I scheduled a pizza for carry out for 11. I showed up at around 10:55. I rang the bell 3 times and still waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. After telling them my name I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. A personal pan pizza was all I ordered.
