Los tamales I pupusas on point the yuan was fire i didn't like the chicharon. Chicharon was like pulled pork I like my chicharon traditional chunks greasy. None the less that's just me if other's like it to each their own. I keep 5 stars just cause what suits me might not be for everyone.5 star place

Best caldo de res omg!!! Obsessed!!
Got severely overcharged. $12.99 for a plate of rice and beans. Server was eating in the back instead of waiting tables, had to go to the register to order dessert.

Everything was great! The only thing was we got chips and salsa and the chips were stale. The salsa was terrific though and the beans were delicious! The Pupusas were phenomenal!

Visited for the first time a couple weeks ago. I have driven by many times but was always unable to stop.
I am so glad I finally did.
The menu is simple and straightforward but has selections that anyone would enjoy.
The young man at the counter was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions.
I chose 2 different papusas: chicharron con queso/pork and cheese as well as the frijol con queso/beans and cheese.
Both came with a side of coleslaw that was the perfect tangy/vinegary/crunchy accompaniment to the savory, fluffy papusas.
They offered 2 salsas both had a delicious flavor, I chose to finish my meal with the spicier option but both are a great choice for anyone.
For a drink, it was the piña/pineapple Agua Frescas . Wow!!! So delicious.
Everything is homemade and fresh.
I recommend this terrific little restaurant and look forward to stopping by again.

Excellent authentic pupusas just like mamma use to make.....great place for top quality pupusas!
I've never had Salvadoran food before! We came across this place by accident. The food was exceptional, and the service was awesome. They were very kind with the lack of knowledge of the food and style, and even let us sample their fresh house made juices. I don't like horchata, but these guys make it so much better than I've ever had before. Definitely worth a stop in!

I love this place so much. It was my first experience with Salvadoran food. The service is great and the food is amazing. I’ve never been disappointed! One of the secret gems in the Treasure Valley. Definitely try the Salvadoran Tamale!

My husband and I tried this place many years ago when It was A&J pupusas and they tasted very good. We went recently and the pupusas had very little filling. The broth for the Birria was not very good either. The carne asada taco picture was also very misleading as once we recieved the tacos they were more like ground beef rather then asada. Let alone the Customer service was very poor.

I travel all over the States and this is an owesome restaurante. I went there two days in a row. All tasted great, the chicken tamales, chicharrón con yuca, pupusas and the best was the sopa de res ( beef soup) AMAZING!!!!!!! JUST LIKE MY MOMS. I recomend this restaurant to everyone.
Amazing food all around! My favorite was the Pupusa Loca and the agua de Tamarindo. It was so filling and at a great price! I'm from El Salvador and the flavor is authentic and reminds me of home. Absolute great service from all the workers and the owners were kind enough to come make sure everything met our expectations. I can't wait to come back!

I used to go very often when it was A&J Pupusas and I loved it so I thought it was be as good since changing owners, however I was very wrong. The pupusas were not good, the meat in the carne asada taco tasted old, and the quesabirria was also gross. The “consome” was water, the birria leaf has no flavor. Will not be returning. I wish they would have kept the same recipes as the previous owner.
