Cute little bakery in Boise! I wanted something warm and healthy for our drive to Oregon and we stopped here for breakfast. Glad we did!
The breakfast sandwich (pictured below) was amazing…I was really sad when it was all eaten and gone. It was seasoned/salted to perfection. It was made with focaccia, bacon, egg, cheese, and pesto. YUM. I also tried the plain sourdough bagel (you can add cream cheese). Very good, especially right after being toasted.
This place is so cute! The staff is knowledgeable and so kind! It's a small shop so don't miss it as you're driving by. If you like baked goods, do yourself a favor and come in.
Deeelicious cinnamon rolls! They were fresh and chewy with the perfect amount of cinnamon and glaze. Well done!
Awesome variety and great tasting baked goods. Not a place like it in the valley. Definitely a regular place to go.
Had a vanilla cupcake that was delectable. It was the absolute best I’ve had in my life ( out
of the many bakeries I’ve visited in different states and countries. ) It would be a fun addition to play music in the bakery. Very cute atmosphere.
I had their new croissants and they are absolutely amazing!! Literally best I’ve had. They have amazing sandwiches and quiches as well. And let’s not forget about the cupcakes, muffins and sweet treats. You literally can’t go wrong with anything they make!
Rose Hill is a delicious little bakery in Caldwell. Rose Hill Bakery focuses on quality ingredients. They have the best scones and muffins that I’ve tried in the Treasure Valley. I recommend looking at their website to see the variety of items you can order in advance to pick up. I love their Raspberry White Chocolate scones. Their Blueberry scones are filled with mouthwatering plump blueberries. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The bakery smells delicious and is warm and inviting with some seating. I find it’s definitely worth the drive to Caldwell to get my scone and muffin fix!!! Make sure to check their operating hours.
I ordered 2 mini cakes and asked for red velvet with butter cream frosting. I got 2 chocolate cakes and I don't know what kind of frosting but it did not taste like butter cream. I wouldn't have minded as much if I was told when I submitted my order that they can't do red velvet but I had to wait until we cut into the cakes to find out. When I walked in it was nice but I noticed a lot of flies and fruit flies. Some landing on the products on the counter which were not covered.
The only positives were they were ready for pick up on time and I mistakenly paid for only one cake online but asked for 2 in my description and they made the second for me and asked that I paid for it at the time of pick up. The last positive thing was the cakes had a good presentation but unfortunately that's where the positives for my experience end.
Very yummy cinnamon rolls, I will always come to this bakery for just those. Thank you

This is the best bakery in the Valley! The dedication to creating high quality baked goods with the very best ingredients is unmatched. I know that by choosing Rose Hill I am buying things made with organic flour and no seed oils, just like I would choose at home. A taste of home without the effort on my part and with more skill. I hope more businesses in the area will follow their lead in using quality ingredients. Not only are the products fantastic, the staff is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Some of our favorites are the vanilla cream scone, mocha scone, cinnamon chip scone, cinnamon roll, coffee cake muffin, chocolate muffin, chocolate cake, sourdough bread. Really, it’s all good!

This bakery had the best scone I’ve ever had, and my husband said the same about his sandwich. They are so sweet and friendly in there. You have to try this place!

Went in to buy a couple gift boxes of delicious goodies. Welcomed immediately, served with a smile and had an awesome conversation. Will definitely be back for some more.
Everything that we get from Rose Hill is always delicious. The market breakfast sandwiches (pictured) are so flavorful. I have never had anything that compares. The berry scones were fantastic as were the cinnamon rolls and banana bread loaf. My husband loves their jalapeño sourdough bread as well. I can’t say enough good things about this cute little bakery!!

What a very lovely bakery with delicious treats, and a very sweet owner... The Cinnamon Rolls and Sourdough bread were both just out of the oven, and were fabulous!! The Cinnamon Rolls were a hit with my family and friends. My family also devoured the Sourdough bread (the outside had a perfect crust, with the inside being chewy and flavorful....so delicious!!), along with some local honey (also sold at the bakery; which I highly recommend also, as well as the homemade Vanilla hand lotion!). The owner Krystal is so friendly, sweet and welcoming....she even helped me to my car with my order of Cinnamon Rolls; so thoughtful....I can't wait to come back to visit again. :)
