Shout out to Andrew asonic for knowing how to make shakes. He did a great job! Even with Covid I can still taste the Reeses Pieces Peanut butter cups Sonic Blast & Classic Strawberry Shakes.

The food at this restaurant can be inconsistent, but what truly stands out is their impressive selection of drinks and shakes, which is the primary draw for me. Their ice is exceptional, and they offer the most competitive prices in the area with frequent promotions, and 1/2 priced drinks!

A major advantage is their app, which consistently offers even more exclusive deals unavailable when ordering at the restaurant. The convenience is definitely there; upon arrival, you can check in at any available stall, and typically your order is brought to you within a couple of minutes, enhancing the overall smooth operation.

However, there's room for improvement, especially concerning the occasional issue with serving cold food, usually occurring late at night before closing. This can be quite frustrating. Additionally, the app lacks a feature to submit complaints or reviews, which is disappointing. The absence of this option suggests a reluctance to address feedback, which is not ideal for maintaining customer satisfaction.

Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the convenience and drink options keep me coming back.

These people were so friendly last minute. I wanted to take cheese off of my wife's Burger and they did it for me with no issue. I tipped him out. please people. It is important to tip your servers.

Tried to order the Bacon Ranch Queso Wrap today and tried to order it last week on the 1st of January and was told they didn't have the ingredients to make it but went to see if they did today and was told 3 different things with a huge attitude from both drive thru cashiers. Was told they can't make it because they don't know how, then was told by the lady they discontinued it when I can see it still on the app and even their menu and then was told they don't have the ingredients again. All you had to say was you didn't have the ingredients to make it not lie about it. Female night manager (January 7th and didn'twant to give me her name) needs to learn manners as well with her attitude. She even cut the original cashier who was taking my order in the drive thru off to tell me they discontinued it. Probably won't come back here again with the attitude from the managers and half the crew outside at night. Not having the ingredients to make an item is fine, I've worked fast food before and know how it is sometimes, but there is just no need for an attitude and laziness.

Maybe have the employees learn the menu. Online you have a $1.99 menu but I was told it was only through the app. I have ordered it before and online does not state through the app only.

Right down the street from me so it's okay for a quick bite, but I've never seen such an repetitive stream of incorrect order issues. Several times, I've waited over 30 minutes for my food to come out and something is wrong with the order.

Second time in one week. First time. Ordered on the app and waited 50 minutes. Finally went thru drive thru. Cold food was inedible but couldn't eat anyway as was late for work. Second time. Ordered on the app. 2 drinks and 2 small motsorello sticks. Waited over 30 minutes. Went to the window. They didn't give a s_____ asked what was ordered. Gave us the drinks. Asked about the mots. Gave us 2 containers, no bag. Asked for marinara and said they didn't have any. The motsorello sticks were cold and hard. This is not bad service. This is intentional and amateurish.
