Staff is amazing and always friendly!
This group of Starbucks employees are always smiling and welcoming. I tell anyone I can that this is a great one to go to. To the world, don't forget to be patient and kind with all employees. We are all doing the best we can!

I usually don’t leave any feedbacks but EVERYTIME I come here they make the Mocha frap (my regular drink) taste like nothing. I can barely taste the Mocha. Maybe it’s the way the Mocha base is being made because it’s only at this store this happens. They redid my drink twice one time and both times no Mocha taste. The other time, the lady said if I wanted more Mocha or make my drink darker, to ask/pay for it that way. I like my Mocha Frap the way it’s supposed to be made. I used to work at starbucks so maybe try putting less water on the Mocha base. This is the closest store to my house but now I feel like avoiding it because they never make it right and I feel uncomfortable always asking to have it remade.

Every time I come here the bacon on the bacon Gouda and egg sandwich is raw! I won’t come back to this location because they don’t even try to make the food decently. Either fix your toaster oven or quit offering food. Absolutely disgusting!

I came in last week and they messed up on my order they were very nice about it.. But when I came in today, to redeem my mess up I was explaining to the girl on drive, she responded very rudely to me and rolled her eyes at me asked for my name I than gave ot to her she gave me a dirty look and walked away with out saying anything to me.. I did get her name, Grace.. she needs to be more professional at her job. I come here all the time have never been treated with disrespect

I’ve been through the drive-thru here multiple times and they’ve always been timely, friendly, and done my drinks well. Today when I went by, the customer in front of me was unnecessarily and loudly rude to Susan and the other staff. She would not accept any explanation or help they tried to give and was being blatantly difficult and holding everyone else up. I watched the staff handle her with complete professionalism and kindness. When she finally drove off and I got to the window, Susan apologized for the wait and was so kind, even after being berated by the customer. She had my order ready-to-go and still had such a lovely and welcoming attitude. Whether they accidentally make a mistake or not, I’ve always had great customer service here and it keeps me coming back.

I just wanted to give a shout out to your location, Shelby was so sweet today. You guys have a line pretty much wrapped around your building and drive through so I knew I could just pop in and grab my pre-ordered drink at the counter to make the drive through a little shorter. And I have the sweetest little pup who won't let me back in the car unless I get her one. Shelby not only grabbed it, but made me feel completely Justified and requesting it. She didn't make me feel bad and she didn't make me feel like she was too busy for it. It's such a wonderful thing to see somebody who goes above and beyond for their customers. And in this day and age we really do live in a world where even a smile could be asking too much from some people, and you have wonderful staff who are always smiling always making people feel good. Are always cheerful. Lauren is another one that I've always noticed in the Drive-Thru has a wonderful voice and always is upbeat. I just wanted to give people the recognition who made my day a little brighter by their smile and by understanding how important my little fur baby is to me and just having a great attitude when you guys are so busy and anyone that could feel overwhelmed. Thank you so much shelby! And I hope your managers see this and recognize what a wonderful person you are and what a good job they did hiring you and having someone like you representing your company

SLOW SLOW SLOW. The coffees are made well and as delicious as any Starbucks, but I cannot get over how SLOW this one is. If you get in line (even a short line) be prepared to spend a MINIMUM of 30 minutes waiting.

It's about what you'd expect from a Starbucks. It's mostly a drive-thru location, but I'm sure you can walk in and sit. Attractive and friendly staff, always a delightful smile to be had. Food is delicious, but I'm not comfortable with the price for what you get. The drinks are always on fleek everytime.

I usually go to Dutch Bros but I like the chocolate cold brew here so I thought I'd switch it up today. I pulled in the drive thru line and honestly sat there for about 10 minutes before I backed out and parked and went inside. When I got inside I found more than half of the employees in the seating area taking pictures having an awesome time not working. I placed my order with a not very friendly gal who then told me that she couldn't break a 100. So I asked if perhaps the manager might have access to that and she repeated that she couldn't break a 100, so I said yes I understand that you can't but can the manager do it? At that point she just glared at me and walked away and began doing something else, not making my order, or getting the manager, nor apologizing or saying thanks anyway have a good day, nothing. So I left and went down the street to Dutch Bros where I always get fast and very friendly service instead of entitled politically correct snowflakes who are offended by my attempt to give them money. Great job Starbucks!
