I usually don’t leave any feedbacks but EVERYTIME I come here they make the Mocha frap (my regular drink) taste like nothing. I can barely taste the Mocha. Maybe it’s the way the Mocha base is being made because it’s only at this store this happens. They redid my drink twice one time and both times no Mocha taste. The other time, the lady said if I wanted more Mocha or make my drink darker, to ask/pay for it that way. I like my Mocha Frap the way it’s supposed to be made....
I’ve been through the drive-thru here multiple times and they’ve always been timely, friendly, and done my drinks well. Today when I went by, the customer in front of me was unnecessarily and loudly rude to Susan and the other staff. She would not accept any explanation or help they tried to give and was being blatantly difficult and holding everyone else up.
